Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra k\u00fclt\u00fcrel alan, K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n bug\u00fcn i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu sosyoekonomik ko\u015fullar\u0131n tahlilinde toplumu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrecek ve devrimcilerin devrimcile\u015fmesini sa\u011flayacak bir ara\u00e7 olarak da g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Baraka, m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funa inand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ba\u015fka bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc bug\u00fcnden yaratmak i\u00e7in k\u00fclt\u00fcr sanat alan\u0131nda m\u00fccadele verir. (1)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Baraka K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi hayat bulmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilk g\u00fcnden bu yana her zaman m\u00fccadeleci ruhunun en derinlerinde bir slogan ile yola \u00e7\u0131kar \u201cBa\u015fka Bir K\u00fclt\u00fcr M\u00fcmk\u00fcn\u201d. Toplumsal bir sorun haline gelmi\u015f her t\u00fcrl\u00fc meselede yaz\u0131lar yaz\u0131p oyunlar sahneleyen, \u015fark\u0131lar besteleyen, her ko\u015fulda sokakta olmay\u0131 benimsemi\u015f bir \u00f6rg\u00fct olarak ayaklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 hep k\u00fclt\u00fcr zeminine basar\u0131z. K\u00fclt\u00fcr, toplumlar\u0131n tarihsel s\u00fcre\u00e7ler i\u00e7erisinde \u00fcretti\u011fi ve bir \u015fekilde ku\u015faktan ku\u015fa\u011fa aktar\u0131lan maddi ve manevi \u00f6zelliklerin b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr yani k\u00fclt\u00fcr bir toplumun kimli\u011fini olu\u015fturur ve di\u011fer toplumlardan farkl\u0131 k\u0131lar. Her toplumun k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc kendi ge\u00e7mi\u015finin tecr\u00fcbelerini i\u00e7erir ve zaman i\u00e7erisinde de\u011fi\u015fimlerden etkilenir. Hi\u00e7 uza\u011fa gitmeden kendi \u00fclkemizin tarihine bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Latin, Maronit, Ermeni, T\u00fcrk ve Elen etnik k\u00f6kenleri g\u00f6rmemiz m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. K\u0131br\u0131s ku\u015faklar boyunca \u00e7e\u015fitli k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerle harmanlanm\u0131\u015f bu zenginlikler ve farkl\u0131 renklerle g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar gelmi\u015ftir. \u015eimdi bizlere d\u00fc\u015fen nostaljiye saplan\u0131p kalmayan, de\u011fi\u015fen ve geli\u015fen ba\u015fka bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ya\u015fatmakt\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>K\u00fclt\u00fcre sahip \u00e7\u0131kmak derken neyi kastediyoruz&#8230;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bizler ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zla\u015fma ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fme i\u00e7in verilen m\u00fccadelenin k\u00fclt\u00fcrel boyutlar\u0131na \u00e7ok \u00f6nem veriyoruz \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc 16 Temmuz 2002 tarihinde yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ilk bildiride de s\u00f6yledi\u011fimiz gibi, \u201cya\u015famak k\u00fclt\u00fcrel bir var olu\u015f \u015feklidir, farkl\u0131 ya\u015famlar farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerden beslenir. Ba\u015fka bir d\u00fcnya m\u00fcmk\u00fcn dendi\u011fi zaman bu ba\u015fka bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel se\u00e7enek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de demektir.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adam\u0131zda M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131kla ili\u015fkilendirilen T\u00fcrkl\u00fck ve Hristiyanl\u0131kla ili\u015fkilendirilen Elenlik iki b\u00fcy\u00fck toplum olarak \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczde durmaktad\u0131r. K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrkler ve K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 Elenler T\u00fcrkiye ve Yunan h\u00fck\u00fcmetlerinin hegemonyas\u0131 alt\u0131nda asimile edilmektedir. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fteki ortak ya\u015fam\u0131n \u00fczerini \u00f6rtmek i\u00e7in hikayeler, danslar ve hatta kost\u00fcmler de\u011fi\u015ftirilmekte k\u0131sacas\u0131 tarihe m\u00fcdahale edilmektedir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fclt\u00fcr ya\u015fayan bir olgudur ve zaman i\u00e7erisinde de\u011fi\u015fimler g\u00f6sterilebilir derken ba\u015fka bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn \u00f6zellikleri o k\u00fclt\u00fcre zorla empoze edilebilir demek istemiyoruz. Ba\u015fka bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr m\u00fcmk\u00fcn derken okullar\u0131m\u0131zda okutulan kitaplara T\u00fcrkiye ile uyumla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f m\u00fcfredatlar eklenebilir demiyoruz. Radyo ve televizyonlar\u0131m\u0131zda kendi dilimizi kullanabildi\u011fimiz bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrden bahsediyoruz. Kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ya\u015fatmak i\u00e7in bir arada ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z di\u011fer k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri yok saymaktan da bahsetmiyoruz. Tam aksine t\u00fcm farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 zenginlik olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcp bir arada ya\u015fayabilmenin g\u00fczelli\u011fini hayal ediyor, ba\u015fka bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel se\u00e7ene\u011fin olabilece\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0130lk olarak ba\u011flar\u0131m\u0131zdan kurtulmam\u0131z gerekiyor<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hepimizin bildi\u011fi gibi sofram\u0131za koydu\u011fumuz hellim, Hellim\/Halloumi olarak iki isimle tescillendi. Ancak \u00fclke siyaseti ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz yaz ciddi bir s\u0131nav ya\u015fad\u0131 \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc hellim i\u00e7in g\u00f6sterilen hassasiyet gullirikyaya g\u00f6sterilmedi. Yap\u0131l\u0131\u015f y\u00f6nteminden lezzetine kadar her iki toplumun da tamamen ayn\u0131 t\u00fcketti\u011fi gullirikyay\u0131, K\u0131br\u0131s y\u00f6netimi sadece Tertzielloutkia (tercilukya)&nbsp; ismiyle tescillemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ve ne yaz\u0131k ki hellimin iki isimle tescillenmesi i\u00e7in verilen m\u00fccadele her iki toplumda da gullirikya i\u00e7in ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde verilmedi. T\u00fcrkler aras\u0131nda farkl\u0131 s\u00f6yleni\u015f \u015fekilleri olmas\u0131 gullurikyan\u0131n sadece Elencesi ile tescillenebilece\u011fi anlam\u0131na gelmez. Ve bunun i\u00e7in sadece T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n verece\u011fi m\u00fccadele de yeterli etkiyi yaratmaz, kald\u0131 ki bu ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k ve yok saymac\u0131l\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 ses \u00e7\u0131karan, ger\u00e7ek e\u015fitlikten yana olan, az say\u0131da K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk oldu. Yunan hegemonyas\u0131 alt\u0131ndaki K\u0131br\u0131s Cumhuriyetinin b\u00f6yle bir s\u00fcreci y\u00fcr\u00fctmesi beklenir bir durumken, K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 Elenlerin buna ses \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131\u015f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r de\u011fildir. Bu adada ortak k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferlerin ya\u015famas\u0131n\u0131n yolu her iki toplumun da birbirinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kabul etmesi ve onun da ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in ayn\u0131 m\u00fccadeleyi vermesi ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm iki toplumun bir araya gelerek ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z tek bir birlik kurmas\u0131ndad\u0131r. K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;\u0131n kurtulu\u015fu federasyona varmakla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacakt\u0131r ancak bunun i\u00e7in sadece siyasal m\u00fccadele yeterli de\u011fildir. K\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferlerimize egemenler taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan sald\u0131r\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 t\u00fcm halklar\u0131n ortak bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel m\u00fccadele vermesi de gerekmektedir. Son y\u0131llarda s\u0131kl\u0131kla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z iki toplumlu koro, halk danslar\u0131 ve tiyatro etkinlikleri, ge\u00e7mi\u015fte birlikte ya\u015fayan insanlar\u0131n farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n ne b\u00fcy\u00fck bir zenginlik oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermekte ve gelecekte ayn\u0131 g\u00fczelli\u011fi g\u00f6rebilmek i\u00e7in daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc m\u00fccadele etmeye \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutmaktad\u0131r.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kendi \u00fclkemizde kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fczle ya\u015famakt\u0131r niyetimiz<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu adada \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesi bizden \u00f6nce de vard\u0131 ve muhtemelen bizden sonra da olmaya devam edecek; ta ki federasyona varana dek&#8230;Ta ki kapitalist sistemin k\u00f6k\u00fc kuruyana dek&#8230; \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc biliyoruz ki k\u00fclt\u00fcrlere yap\u0131lan bu sald\u0131r\u0131 en \u00e7ok da sermaye egemenli\u011fi ve kapitalist t\u00fcketim k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ve kurulacak yeni k\u00fclt\u00fcr, kapitalist t\u00fcketimcilik, bencillik ve rekabet\u00e7ilik k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne kar\u015f\u0131 in\u015fa edilmelidir.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biz \u015fimdi o g\u00fcnlerin hayalini kurarken g\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcnde resmetti\u011fimiz gelecekte devrimci k\u00fclt\u00fcrel bir anlay\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.
