Buradan, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n unuttu\u011fu, ama h\u00e2l\u00e2 direnen bir halk\u0131n sesi y\u00fckseliyor. Bu halk\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcne \u00e7\u00f6ken kara bulutlar yaln\u0131zca emperyalist m\u00fcdahalelerden de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda sistematik olarak uygulanan neo-liberal politikalar, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel asimilasyon ve siyasal manip\u00fclasyonlardan da gelmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu mektup, T\u00fcrkiye halklar\u0131na bir serzeni\u015f de\u011fildir. G\u00f6r duy \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk halk\u0131 olarak iyi biliyoruz ki ezilenin halini en iyi yine ba\u015fka ezilen halklar anlar. Bu nedenle diyoruz ki: farkl\u0131 co\u011frafyalarda olsak da benzer bask\u0131 rejimlerinin pen\u00e7esinde k\u0131vran\u0131yor; ayn\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc \u00e7arklar\u0131nda \u00f6\u011f\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor, benzer medya tekellerince ger\u00e7e\u011fe yabanc\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yoruz. Biz, fizik yasalar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6yledi\u011fi gibi enerji ancak frekanslar uyumland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda aktar\u0131labilir, diyoruz. Bu mektubu da ayn\u0131 frekansta titre\u015fen halklara iletmek i\u00e7in yaz\u0131yoruz&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tarihsel Arka Plan: Emperyalizmin G\u00f6lgesinde Bir Ada<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u0131br\u0131s, tarih boyunca egemen g\u00fc\u00e7lerin kesi\u015fim noktas\u0131, emperyalistlerin ileri karakolu olagelmi\u015ftir. Bu k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ada, \u00fczerinde ya\u015fayan halklar\u0131n iradesiyle de\u011fil, d\u0131\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7lerin stratejik hesaplar\u0131yla defalarca el de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. Roma\u2019dan Bizans\u2019a, Osmanl\u0131\u2019dan \u0130ngiliz s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fine; her d\u00f6nemde halklar de\u011fil, g\u00fc\u00e7 sahipleri s\u00f6z sahibi olmu\u015ftur. Ada halklar\u0131n\u0131n kendi kaderlerini belirleyebildikleri bir d\u00f6nem tarihte yoktur. K\u0131br\u0131s, al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f, sat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, terk edilmi\u015f; ama asla halklara b\u0131rak\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1878\u2019de Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n 90.000 alt\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda aday\u0131 \u0130ngilizlere devretmesi, yaln\u0131zca bir d\u0131\u015f politik manevra de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda halklar\u0131n iradesine indirilen b\u00fcy\u00fck bir darbeydi. Emperyalist g\u00fc\u00e7lerin b\u00f6l-y\u00f6net politikas\u0131, burada da eksiksiz bi\u00e7imde uyguland\u0131. \u0130ngilizler, mevcut gerilimleri k\u00f6r\u00fckleyerek ve i\u00e7 dinamikleri kendi \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda ustaca kullanarak K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk ve Elen halklar\u0131 birbirine d\u00fc\u015fman etmeyi ba\u015fard\u0131. Bu d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k, yaln\u0131zca sosyolojik bir ayr\u0131m yaratmakla kalmad\u0131; ayn\u0131 zamanda emperyalizme kar\u015f\u0131 birle\u015fik m\u00fccadele olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da ortadan kald\u0131rd\u0131. Yeni s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fin dayatmas\u0131 olarak 1960\u2019ta kurdurulan K\u0131br\u0131s Cumhuriyeti\u2019ndeki ortakl\u0131k k\u0131sa \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc oldu. Yunanistan\u2019daki fa\u015fist cunta ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki iktidarlar, aday\u0131 kendi \u00e7\u0131kar nesnesi haline getirdi. 1960 ile beraber adadaki varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 toplumlar aras\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n arkas\u0131na gizleyen \u0130ngiliz emperyalizminin Dikelya ve A\u011frotur askeri \u00fcslerine yerle\u015fmesi; 1974\u2019te ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen Yunan darbesi ve pe\u015finden T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin askeri m\u00fcdahalesi sonucunda ada, ikiye de\u011fil \u00fc\u00e7e b\u00f6l\u00fcnd\u00fc. Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcnme, bar\u0131\u015f getirmedi. Aksine, her iki halk\u0131n i\u00e7ine \u00e7ekildi\u011fi milliyet\u00e7i kampanyalar, y\u0131llar s\u00fcren bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcms\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca aradan ge\u00e7en zaman i\u00e7erisinde de bug\u00fcn de Ortado\u011fu\u2019da ya\u015fanan sava\u015fta, \u0130srail\u2019in yelkenini \u015fi\u015firecek deste\u011fi buradan da sa\u011flad\u0131. Bu tarihsel arka plan\u0131n, yaln\u0131zca ge\u00e7mi\u015fi anlamam\u0131za de\u011fil, bug\u00fcn\u00fc yorumlamam\u0131za da yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 ummaktay\u0131z. Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc siyasi tablo, ekonomik \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel asimilasyon, d\u00fcn\u00fcn hesaplar\u0131n\u0131n bug\u00fcnk\u00fc izd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc emperyalizmin tarihi s\u00fcreklidir; de\u011fi\u015fen yaln\u0131zca ara\u00e7lar\u0131d\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn adaya d\u00fc\u015fen bombalar de\u011filse de \u00f6zelle\u015ftirme paketleri, gerici politikalar, mafyatik ili\u015fkiler ve medya manip\u00fclasyonlar\u0131 ayn\u0131 tahribat\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c7eli\u015fkiler ve Direni\u015f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye ile K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019\u0131n kuzeyi aras\u0131nda kurulan ili\u015fki, bir dayan\u0131\u015fma ya da karde\u015flik ba\u011f\u0131 ile kurulmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin resmi makamlar\u0131nca \u201cana vatan\u201d s\u00f6ylemiyle me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan bu ili\u015fki, \u00f6z\u00fcnde halklar\u0131n yarar\u0131na kurulan e\u015fitlik\u00e7i bir ortakl\u0131k de\u011fil, merkezi Ankara\u2019da olan ve karar alma yetkisini elinde tutan bir tahakk\u00fcm sistemidir. K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019\u0131n kuzeyinde bug\u00fcn y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen siyaset, ekonomik planlar ve toplumsal d\u00fczenlemeler do\u011frudan T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti h\u00fck\u00fcmetlerinin y\u00f6nlendirmesiyle \u015fekillenmektedir. Merkez Bankas\u0131 m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn Ankara\u2019dan atanmas\u0131, g\u00fcvenlik kuvvetlerinin T\u00fcrkiye ordusuna ba\u011fl\u0131 olmas\u0131, el\u00e7ili\u011fin h\u00fck\u00fcmete yol g\u00f6stermesi bu yap\u0131n\u0131n pratik yans\u0131malar\u0131d\u0131r. Bu \u00f6rnekler iktidar\u0131n halk\u0131n egemenli\u011finde yo\u011funla\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6stergeleridir. Bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ad\u0131na her ne kadar diplomatik ili\u015fki dense de durum \u00f6yle de\u011fil, y\u00f6netimsel ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131kt\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde AKP-MHP ittifak\u0131n\u0131n K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019a yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 bu tabloyu derinle\u015ftirmi\u015f ve neo-Osmanl\u0131c\u0131, T\u00fcrk-\u0130slam sentezli bir ideolojik ku\u015fatma adaya ta\u015f\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk halk\u0131na dayat\u0131lan k\u00fclt\u00fcrel politikalar, laiklik kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 pratikler, dinsel muhafazak\u00e2rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kurumsalla\u015fmas\u0131 ve e\u011fitimin dini eksende \u015fekillendirilmesi, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki siyasal \u0130slamc\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn bir uzant\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak bu ideolojik yay\u0131lmac\u0131l\u0131k, sadece k\u00fclt\u00fcrel bir sorun de\u011fil; ayn\u0131 zamanda ekonomik ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n ve do\u011fa talan\u0131n\u0131n da bir silah\u0131 haline gelmi\u015ftir. Emek\u00e7i halk\u0131n s\u0131rt\u0131na y\u00fcklenen ekonomik protokoller, kamu kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n tasfiyesi, sosyal devlet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n yok olmaya y\u00fcz tutmas\u0131, kamusal kaynaklar\u0131n \u00f6zel sermayeye devri ve orman arazilerinden deniz k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131na, verimli tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131n\u0131n betona bo\u011fularak in\u015faat sermayesine pe\u015fke\u015f \u00e7ekilmesiyle kamusal alanlar\u0131n yok edilmesi, neo-liberal y\u0131k\u0131m politikalar\u0131n\u0131n ada yar\u0131s\u0131ndaki izd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcd\u00fcr. T\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u015fiddet vakalar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f da bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn karanl\u0131k y\u00fczlerinden biridir. Bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm yaln\u0131zca ekonomik de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda siyasal ve s\u0131n\u0131fsald\u0131r. Bununla birlikte \u00e7eli\u015fkiler giderek belirginle\u015fmektedir. T\u00fcrkiye h\u00fck\u00fcmetleri kamuoyuna K\u0131br\u0131s konusunda hamasi s\u00f6ylemlerle seslenirken, fiilen K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrkleri yaln\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rmakta, sportif, ticari ve uluslararas\u0131 temaslarda hi\u00e7bir kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 ad\u0131m atmamakta; aksine, halk\u0131 uluslararas\u0131 alandan daha da soyutlamaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki havuz medyas\u0131 ger\u00e7ekleri e\u011fip b\u00fckerken, K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrklerden y\u00fckselen kar\u015f\u0131 seslere vurulan ket ile oralarda yeterince duyulmamaktad\u0131r. Bu da halklar\u0131n birbirine ger\u00e7ek anlamda ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 bilin\u00e7li olarak engellenmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00dcreten Toplumdan Yozla\u015fan Yap\u0131ya<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1974\u2019\u00fcn ard\u0131ndan, sava\u015f\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 etkilerine ra\u011fmen K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk halk\u0131 h\u0131zla yaralar\u0131n\u0131 sarmaya koyuldu. Okullar a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131, hastaneler yeniden i\u015flev kazand\u0131, g\u00f6\u00e7le kuzeye gelen insanlar dayan\u0131\u015fma ve \u00f6zveri ile bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk halk\u0131, yaln\u0131zca hayatta kalmakla kalmad\u0131; \u00fcretmeye, yeniden \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeye, kamusal bir toplumu in\u015fa etmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. O y\u0131llarda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6ren gen\u00e7ler, K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019a yaln\u0131zca diplomayla de\u011fil, s\u0131n\u0131f bilinciyle de d\u00f6nd\u00fc. Devrimci Yol ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere ilerici hareketlerden beslenen bu gen\u00e7ler, Kamu \u0130ktisadi Te\u015febb\u00fcsleri alt\u0131nda toplanan fabrikalar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rarak, \u00fcreterek, oralarda \u00f6rg\u00fctlenip hakk\u0131n\u0131 arayarak toplumsal ilerlemeye \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck ettiler. Bir zamanlar K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 Elen sermayesinin kontrol\u00fcndeki sanayi tesisleri, gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendislerin, i\u015f\u00e7ilerin omuzlar\u0131nda faaliyete ba\u015flad\u0131. Fabrikalarda sadece mal \u00fcretmiyor, ayn\u0131 zamanda kolektif bir bilin\u00e7 ve dayan\u0131\u015fma duygusu da \u00fcretiliyordu. Bu deneyim, K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk halk\u0131 i\u00e7in ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k arzusunun en somut ifadesiydi. Ancak bu y\u00fckselen sol dalga, egemenler i\u00e7in tehdit demekti. 1980 darbesiyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de sola y\u00f6nelik b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131y\u0131m ba\u015flat\u0131l\u0131rken, ayn\u0131 refleks K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019\u0131n kuzeyine de sirayet etti. Denkta\u015f, d\u00f6nemin T\u00fcrkiye Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Turgut \u00d6zal\u2019a, \u201cK\u0131br\u0131s\u2019ta da solun \u00f6n\u00fc kesilmezse iktidar tehlikeye girer\u201d diyerek \u015fik\u00e2yet mektubu g\u00f6nderiyordu. Buradan hareketle \u00d6zal da halk\u0131, tar\u0131m ve turizme y\u00f6nlendiriyordu. Kurakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n h\u00e2l\u00e2 tart\u0131\u015fma konusu oldu\u011fu bu ada yar\u0131s\u0131nda, tar\u0131m\u0131n nas\u0131l yap\u0131labilece\u011fi kocaman bir soru i\u015fareti ile orada dururken; turizmden anla\u015f\u0131lan\u0131n da kumarhaneler oldu\u011fu yak\u0131n bir gelecekte anla\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131. 1983 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan kktc, yaln\u0131zca uluslararas\u0131 anlamda tan\u0131nmam\u0131\u015f bir yap\u0131 de\u011fil; ayn\u0131 zamanda halk iradesine kar\u015f\u0131 kurulan bir tahakk\u00fcm ayg\u0131t\u0131yd\u0131. Bu devlet ayg\u0131t\u0131, ekonomik ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 kurumsalla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131, demokratik iradeyi i\u015flevsizle\u015ftirdi ve halk\u0131 siyasetin \u00f6znesi olmaktan uzakla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu yap\u0131, halk\u0131n de\u011fil, sermaye s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmi\u015f, patronlar\u0131n \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131 garanti alt\u0131na alan bir tahakk\u00fcm mekanizmas\u0131yd\u0131. Kapat\u0131lan altm\u0131\u015ftan fazla fabrika, \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcmeye terk edilen \u00fcretim tesisleri ve ilerleyen y\u0131llarda sermayeye ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 h\u00e2le getirilen enerji sistemleri, bu yeni d\u00f6nemin simgeleriydi. Halk\u0131n elinden al\u0131nan \u00fcretim ara\u00e7lar\u0131, toplumun omurgas\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6kertti. Bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm yaln\u0131zca ekonomik de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda toplumsal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel bir y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131 da beraberinde getirdi. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde fazlas\u0131yla var olan kumarhanelere yenisinin eklenmesi i\u00e7in izinler veriliyor, \u00fcstelik bu izinler okullara \u00e7ok yak\u0131n bir mesafede ge\u00e7erli olacak \u015fekilde tescilleniyor, devlet eli kad\u0131nlar seks k\u00f6lesi haline getiriliyor, fuhu\u015f-mafya-kara para \u00fc\u00e7geni etraf\u0131nda yeni bir ortam \u015fekilleniyordu. K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019\u0131n kuzeyinde art\u0131k emek de\u011fil, rant \u00f6d\u00fcllendiriliyor; bilgi de\u011fil, biat y\u00fcceltiliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>K\u00fclt\u00fcrel Ku\u015fatma<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk halk\u0131na y\u00f6nelik sald\u0131r\u0131lar yaln\u0131zca ekonomik ve siyasi alanla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fildi. Ayn\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 olan ba\u015fka bir cephe a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131: K\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve ideolojik ku\u015fatma. Bu ku\u015fatma, halk\u0131n haf\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 silmeyi, dilini, kimli\u011fini ve ya\u015fam tarz\u0131n\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeyi hedefliyordu. Ama\u00e7, K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrkleri kendi tarihinden, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnden ve ilerici de\u011ferlerinden kopar\u0131p, uysal ve biat eden bir topluma d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmekti. K\u00f6y isimleri de\u011fi\u015ftirildi, K\u0131br\u0131s a\u011fz\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131land\u0131, Yunanca kelimeler kamusal alandan silinmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Halk\u0131n g\u00fcndelik ya\u015fam\u0131ndaki \u00e7e\u015fitlilik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel zenginlik, \u201cyeterince T\u00fcrk de\u011filsiniz\u201d diyen resm\u00ee ideolojinin bask\u0131s\u0131yla yerini tek tiple\u015ftirici ve d\u0131\u015flay\u0131c\u0131 bir dile b\u0131rakmaya itildi. Bu bask\u0131n\u0131n dini bi\u00e7imi de gecikmedi: AKP iktidar\u0131 ve yerel i\u015fbirlik\u00e7iler eliyle, \u015fimdi de \u201cyeterince M\u00fcsl\u00fcman de\u011filsiniz\u201d denmeye ba\u015fland\u0131. Cemaat evleri, kuran kurslar\u0131, derg\u00e2hlar, \u201cmanevi rehberlik\u201d projeleri ve k\u00fclliyeler, halk\u0131n laik ya\u015fam tarz\u0131n\u0131 ku\u015fatmak i\u00e7in sistematik, solun propaganda ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak devreye sokuldu. E\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131 dini i\u00e7erikle \u015fekillendirilirken, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcyle okula gitmeleri te\u015fvik edilerek, el\u00e7ilik eliyle dayat\u0131lan disiplin t\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bakanlar kurulu karar\u0131 ile ge\u00e7irildi. Halk\u0131n temel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 olan sa\u011fl\u0131k, e\u011fitim, ula\u015f\u0131m ise yok h\u00fckm\u00fcnde kabul edilmektedir. Bu k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ku\u015fatma ayn\u0131 zamanda uluslararas\u0131 tecridi de per\u00e7inlemektedir. 2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019ta \u201c\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm ve bar\u0131\u015f\u201d i\u00e7in referandum ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015fti. Otuz y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n s\u00fcredir d\u00fcnyadan izole bir \u015fekilde ya\u015fam ve \u00f6zne olma kavgas\u0131 veren K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n, bar\u0131\u015f ve d\u00fcnyaya a\u00e7\u0131lma hevesi, referandumdan \u00e7\u0131kan olumsuz sonu\u00e7la kursa\u011f\u0131nda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk halk\u0131, Annan Plan\u0131 olarak an\u0131lan \u00f6neriye evet derken; K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 Elenler hay\u0131r demi\u015fti. \u00c7\u0131kan sonucun ard\u0131ndan K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131 yeni zorluklar bekliyordu. Adan\u0131n g\u00fcneyinde, K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 Elen egemen s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 ortakl\u0131k devleti olarak kurulan K\u0131br\u0131s Cumhuriyeti\u2019ndeki iktidar\u0131n\u0131 per\u00e7inlerken; kuzeyinde ise i\u015fbirlik\u00e7i h\u00fck\u00fcmetler ve k\u00fcsk\u00fcn liberal ak\u0131llar, referandumun h\u0131nc\u0131yla Erdo\u011fan ve AKP\u2019ye yakla\u015f\u0131yordu. Neo-liberal sald\u0131r\u0131lar bu raddeden itibaren ba\u015flad\u0131 diyebiliriz. AKP-MHP h\u00fck\u00fcmetlerinin bu s\u00fcre\u00e7teki rol\u00fc ise ba\u015fka \u00e7eli\u015fkiler de bar\u0131nd\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Bir yandan hamasi s\u00f6ylemlerle \u201cK\u0131br\u0131s davas\u0131\u201d vitrine koyulurken, di\u011fer yandan, vitrinin gerisinde K\u0131br\u0131s Cumhuriyeti sporcular\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de m\u00fcsabakalara kat\u0131l\u0131yor, mar\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 okuyabiliyorlard\u0131. Bu ikiy\u00fczl\u00fcl\u00fck, vitrinin gerisinde duran \u00e7\u0131kar siyasetini a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koymaya yetiyor. Bu tabloya ra\u011fmen K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019ta ilerici ve devrimci m\u00fccadele gelene\u011fi hi\u00e7 susmad\u0131. Devrimciler \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc bir yolu buldu ve kazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 mevzilerini terk etmedi. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de m\u00fccadele eden dostlar\u0131m\u0131z, yolda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z gibi bizler de &#8220;ba\u015fka bir toplumun,\u201d \u201cba\u015fka bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u201d m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funu hayk\u0131rmaya devam ediyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Frekanslar\u0131m\u0131z Birle\u015fsin<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu metin; direni\u015fin diliyle yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, ku\u015fat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir halk\u0131n, ba\u015fka ku\u015fat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f halklara uzatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc bir selamd\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc biz biliyoruz ki zul\u00fcm evrensel oldu\u011fu kadar, direnme bilinci de evrenseldir. Ezilenin dili, s\u0131n\u0131r tan\u0131maz. T\u0131pk\u0131 sermayenin, fa\u015fizmin, gericili\u011fin s\u0131n\u0131r tan\u0131mad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Mehmet \u015eim\u015fek\u2019in \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen sermaye yanl\u0131s\u0131 ekonomi program\u0131n\u0131n halk\u0131n sofras\u0131na a\u00e7l\u0131k, evine yoksulluk, gelece\u011fine belirsizlik olarak d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bir avu\u00e7 zenginin \u00fclkenin t\u00fcm kaynaklar\u0131na el koydu\u011fu; kalanlar\u0131n ise temel bar\u0131nma, beslenme, sa\u011fl\u0131k ve e\u011fitim hakk\u0131 i\u00e7in her g\u00fcn daha a\u011f\u0131r ko\u015fullara mahk\u00fbm edildi\u011fi ac\u0131 bir tablo bu&#8230; \u0130\u015fsizlik, g\u00fcvencesizlik ve ge\u00e7im derdi, geni\u015f halk y\u0131\u011f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131 nefessiz b\u0131rak\u0131rken; ormanlar, dereler, da\u011flar, yaylalar ve tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131 talan edilip \u015firketlere pe\u015fke\u015f \u00e7ekiliyor. Kad\u0131nlara y\u00f6nelen \u015fiddet her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha da artarken, siyasal \u0130slamc\u0131 iktidar\u0131n kollay\u0131c\u0131 ve te\u015fvik edici tutumu, bu karanl\u0131k tabloyu daha da k\u00f6r\u00fckl\u00fcyor. Tek adam\u0131n, \u201c\u00f6mr\u00fc vakfetti\u011fi kadar\u201d iktidarda kalma projesinde g\u00f6z alt\u0131lar\u0131n, tutuklamalar\u0131n, fa\u015fizan bask\u0131lar\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat\u0131n rutini haline geldi\u011fini biliyoruz. Bizler buradan, T\u00fcrkiye halklar\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyor ve onlar\u0131n yaln\u0131z olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ayn\u0131 karanl\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele verdi\u011fimizi s\u00f6yl\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y\u00fcre\u011fimiz, her g\u00fcn bir yenisini duydu\u011fumuz i\u015f\u00e7i grevleriyle, adalet aray\u0131\u015f\u0131yla soka\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kan kitlelerle, \u015fiddete ve muhafazakarla\u015ft\u0131rmaya kar\u015f\u0131 direnen kad\u0131nlarla, \u00fcniversitelerinde direnen gen\u00e7lerle, ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131n\u0131 savunan k\u00f6yl\u00fclerle, eme\u011fini savunan i\u015f\u00e7ilerle birlikte at\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u201cba\u015fka bir hayat m\u00fcmk\u00fcn\u201d diyerek \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen ve direnen her kesimin m\u00fccadelesi, bizim de m\u00fccadelemizdir.
