Okullar\u0131n fiziki alt yap\u0131 eksiklikleri yan\u0131nda, mevcut yap\u0131lar\u0131 ile ilgili elle tutulur bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bununla birlikte devlet okullar\u0131na yeterli b\u00fct\u00e7enin ayr\u0131lmamas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 okul idareleri d\u00f6nem i\u00e7i faaliyetlerini \u00e7ocuklara yara\u015f\u0131r bir \u015fekilde yapabilmek i\u00e7in sponsor aramakta ya da velilerin deste\u011fini isteme durumunda kalmaktad\u0131r. Bu y\u0131l e\u011fitimde ya\u015fanan yeni sorunlardan bahsetmeden \u00f6nce ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131llarda ya\u015fanan sorunlar\u0131n g\u00fcncelli\u011fini korudu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemekte fayda var. Bunun i\u00e7in de bu yaz\u0131da bir\u00e7ok sorunu tekrar etmek yerine, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz senelerde e\u011fitimde ya\u015fanan sorunlar ile ilgili yaz\u0131lara bakmak yeterli olacakt\u0131r. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz aylarda E\u011fitim Bakan\u0131 Naz\u0131m \u00c7avu\u015fo\u011flu\u2019nun bir programda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamay\u0131 duymu\u015f ya da okumu\u015fsunuzdur. \u201cSon elli y\u0131lda yap\u0131landan iki kat fazla i\u015f yapt\u0131k.\u201d S\u00f6yleminde bulundu Naz\u0131m \u00c7avu\u015fo\u011flu ve icraatlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda s\u0131ralad\u0131. Ancak hem yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamaya hem de ger\u00e7eklere bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bir tutars\u0131zl\u0131k oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rmekteyiz. \u00dclkedeki e\u011fitimde sorunlar son 50 y\u0131lda katlanarak artm\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r. Bunu da hem ge\u00e7mi\u015fte ya\u015fanan sorunlar\u0131n kronikle\u015ferek devam etmesinden hem de sorun \u00fczerine sorun eklemesinden g\u00f6rmekteyiz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u011fitimdeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunlardan birinin yetersiz okul say\u0131s\u0131 ve alt yap\u0131 eksikli\u011fi oldu\u011fu ortadad\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ya\u015fanan depremden sonra \u00fclkemizde yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sonucunda bir\u00e7ok okul binas\u0131n\u0131n depreme dayan\u0131kl\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu konuyla ilgili bir\u00e7ok okul binas\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ya da g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenmi\u015ftir. Ancak depremin ard\u0131ndan iki y\u0131ldan fazla ge\u00e7mesine ra\u011fmen, hala bir\u00e7ok okulumuzdaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar tamamlanmam\u0131\u015f ve son elli y\u0131l\u0131n ard\u0131ndan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z konteyner s\u0131n\u0131flarda e\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretim hayat\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek zorunda b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Konteyner s\u0131n\u0131flar ge\u00e7ici \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmden \u00f6te o kadar bir benimsenmi\u015f ki E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yeni okullarda bile ek s\u0131n\u0131f olarak konteynerler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Son y\u0131llarda devletin kendi \u00f6z kaynaklar\u0131 ile yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir okul maalesef bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Bunun yerine son y\u0131llarda \u00fclkenin b\u00fcy\u00fck sermaye sahiplerinin ba\u011f\u0131\u015f ve vergi indirimi ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda okul yapmalar\u0131 te\u015fvik edilmi\u015ftir. Ancak bu okullar yap\u0131l\u0131rken de istenilen kapasite d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmemi\u015f ve b\u00f6lge ihtiyac\u0131 yok say\u0131larak yap\u0131lan okullarda bir y\u0131l ge\u00e7meden konteyner s\u0131n\u0131flar eklenerek toplama kamp\u0131 ortam\u0131 yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcm bunlar&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>yetmezmi\u015f gibi ba\u011f\u0131\u015f ve vergi indirimi ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda yap\u0131lan okullara ilgili \u015firket ve \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131n ismi verilmi\u015f ve manevi rant elde etmelerine imkan sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u015eu an halen bir\u00e7ok okulumuz in\u015faat, \u015fantiye alan\u0131nda, konteyner s\u0131n\u0131flarda \u00e7ocuklara e\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretim faaliyetlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in u\u011fra\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Yak\u0131n zamana geldi\u011fimizde ise iki t\u00fcz\u00fck konusu \u00f6\u011fretmenleri ve toplumu me\u015fgul etmektedir. \u00d6zellikle \u201cDisiplin T\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u201d alt\u0131nda okullara ba\u015f \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc ile \u00f6\u011frencilerin okula giri\u015finin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 toplumda laik e\u011fitim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n zarar g\u00f6rmesinden dolay\u0131 ciddi tepki ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00dclkede dini inan\u00e7 \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc anlam\u0131nda ya\u015fanan herhangi bir problem yokken 18 ya\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131nda \u00e7ocuklar \u00fcst\u00fcnden din istismar\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131, planl\u0131 toplum m\u00fchendisli\u011finin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda devlet eliyle beslenerek \u00fclkemizde tarikat ve cemaatler g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmi\u015f durumdad\u0131r. B\u00f6yle bir yap\u0131da bu t\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn masumane \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckler anlam\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi de abesle i\u015ftigaldir. Yaz aylar\u0131na girdi\u011fimiz bu zamana bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda baz\u0131 vak\u0131flar\u0131n \u00e7ocuklara yaz okulu kapsam\u0131nda dini i\u00e7erikli etkinlikler yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6rmekteyiz. Kald\u0131 ki yaz aylar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan d\u00f6nemlerde de bir\u00e7ok \u00e7ocu\u011fumuz anne babalar\u0131ndan bir \u015fekilde ayr\u0131 tutularak cemaatlerin misafirhanelerinde kalmakta ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir. Ancak t\u00fcm bunlar bir g\u00fcnde olmad\u0131. Sistemli siyasal \u0130slamla\u015ft\u0131rma politikalar\u0131n\u0131n sonucu olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmakta oldu\u011fu da a\u015fikard\u0131r. Bu politikalara kar\u015f\u0131 y\u0131llard\u0131r m\u00fccadele eden, \u00e7ocuklara alternatif sunmak i\u00e7in toplumun ayd\u0131nlar\u0131 ve \u00f6\u011fretmenleri ile birlikte yaz etkinlikleri yapan bizler, ge\u00e7en sene bakanl\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan \u201cyaz okulu\u201d dedi\u011fimiz i\u00e7in engellenmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131k. Ancak bu\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>sene g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz ki bir\u00e7ok dini vak\u0131f, a\u00e7\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131k yaz okulu ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda faaliyetlerine devam ediyor. Bununla ilgili de herhangi bir denetleme s\u00fcrecine tabi tutulmuyorlar. \u00d6rg\u00fctl\u00fc k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 devlet deste\u011fiyle d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme \u00e7abas\u0131na devam ederken, bizler laik, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc e\u011fitim ve gelecek i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele veriyoruz. H\u00fck\u00fcmet bir yandan TC politikalar\u0131 ile paralel olarak siyasal \u0130slam politikalar\u0131n\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irmek i\u00e7in u\u011fra\u015f\u0131rken neoliberal politikalar anlam\u0131nda da e\u011fitimden elini \u00e7ekmemi\u015ftir. E\u011fitimin piyasala\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve \u00f6zelle\u015ftirme \u00e7abalar\u0131 devam etmektedir. Bunu da disiplin t\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fc m\u00fccadelesi i\u00e7inde \u00f6\u011fretmenlik s\u0131nav\u0131 t\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde yapt\u0131klar\u0131 d\u00fczenlemede g\u00f6rmekteyiz. \u00dclkenin \u00fccretsiz, planl\u0131 e\u011fitim anlam\u0131nda en \u00f6nemli kurumlar\u0131ndan biri olan Atat\u00fcrk \u00d6\u011fretmen Akademisi neoliberal politi- kalara kar\u015f\u0131 20 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n s\u00fcredir sosyal devlet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 anlam\u0131nda son kale olarak durmaktad\u0131r. \u015eimdilerde yine okulun y\u0131prat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve de\u011ferini kaybedip \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilmesi anlam\u0131nda h\u00fck\u00fcmet edenler u\u011fra\u015fmaya devam etmektedir. Sonu\u00e7 olarak son 50 y\u0131lda mevcut okul yap\u0131lar\u0131ndaki sorunlar artarak devam ediyor. Yetersiz okul binalar\u0131ndan toplanma kamp\u0131na d\u00f6nen okul binalar\u0131na ge\u00e7i\u015f yapt\u0131k. Tam g\u00fcn e\u011fitim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclemeyecek \u015fekilde \u00f6zel okullar ve dershanelere yarayacak \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Bununla kalm\u0131yor \u201cen b\u00fcy\u00fck Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcy\u00fcm ben\u201d diyen Naz\u0131m \u00c7avu\u015fo\u011flu koltuk i\u00e7in toplumuna ihanet etmeye devam ediyor, laik e\u011fitim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 siyasal \u0130slam politikalar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda yok etmek i\u00e7in u\u011fra\u015f\u0131yor. Bununla da kalm\u0131yor \u00fclkenin en \u00f6nemli de\u011ferlerinden olan Atat\u00fcrk \u00d6\u011fretmen Akademisi\u2019nin de neoliberal politikalar i\u00e7in harcay\u0131p \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilmesine veya sermayeye pe\u015fke\u015f \u00e7ekilmesine olanak sa\u011fl\u0131yor.
