Kimse kendini yoksul olarak tan\u0131mlamak istemiyor ama kimse de g\u00fcvende hissetmiyor. Bu huzursuzluk, ayn\u0131 masalarda, ayn\u0131 c\u00fcmlelerle dola\u015f\u0131yor ve konu d\u00f6n\u00fcp dola\u015f\u0131p \u015fu noktaya ba\u011flan\u0131yor: \u201cOrta s\u0131n\u0131f yok oluyor.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peki ger\u00e7ekten yok olan bir s\u0131n\u0131f m\u0131 var, yoksa y\u0131llard\u0131r anlat\u0131lan bir masal m\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fcyor?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kime G\u00f6re, Neye G\u00f6re Orta S\u0131n\u0131f?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOrta s\u0131n\u0131f\u201d tan\u0131m\u0131, refah devleti d\u00f6neminin siyasal ve ideolojik ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda \u00fcretildi. Bu d\u00f6nemde \u00f6\u011fretmenler, mimarlar, m\u00fchendisler, ziraat\u00e7\u0131lar, hukuk\u00e7ular, akademisyenler, kamu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131, sendikal\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7iler, kendi hesab\u0131na \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan baz\u0131 meslek sahipleri ve i\u015fini kurabilmi\u015f k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck esnaf bu kategori alt\u0131na itildi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc d\u00fczenli bir gelire, sosyal g\u00fcvenceye sahiptiler; \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 okutabiliyor, gelecek planlar\u0131 yapabiliyorlard\u0131. Ancak yine de bu g\u00f6rece g\u00fcvenli konum, onlar\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na dahil olmaktan \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131yordu. Zaten \u201cOrta s\u0131n\u0131f\u201d yak\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131 da emek\u00e7iler yapmad\u0131. Bu kavram, devletin, sermayenin ve liberal ideolojinin diliyle kuruldu. B\u00f6ylece ortak m\u00fccadele hatt\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, s\u0131n\u0131f m\u00fccadelesinin g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez k\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131, stat\u00fc yan\u0131lsamas\u0131 \u00fczerinden d\u00fczene \u201csadakat\u201d \u00fcretilmesi ama\u00e7lan\u0131yordu. Bu plan ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmad\u0131 diyemeyiz!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOrta s\u0131n\u0131f\u201d denildi\u011finde akla gelen bir ba\u015fka kesim de beyaz yakal\u0131lar, yani kapal\u0131 mek\u00e2n, genelde ofis veya plaza ortamlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan emek\u00e7ilerdir. Bu kesimler g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda itildikleri e\u011filim gere\u011fi, yapt\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015ften \u00e7ok, gittikleri mek\u00e2nlarla, i\u00e7tikleri kahvelerle, takip ettikleri modayla, \u201cpahal\u0131\u201d al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131yla, \u201cayr\u0131cal\u0131kl\u0131\u201d ya\u015fam tarzlar\u0131 ile tan\u0131mlan\u0131rlar. Oysa ofiste \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak ya da y\u00f6netici pozisyonunda bulunmak, \u00fcretim ara\u00e7lar\u0131na sahip olmak anlam\u0131na gelmez. Beyaz yakal\u0131 emek de eme\u011fini satarak var olur. Performans bask\u0131s\u0131, uzun mesailer ve her an i\u015fsiz kalma tehdidiyle birlikte, g\u00f6rece y\u00fcksek \u00fccretler dahi o derin g\u00fcvencesizli\u011fi gizleyemez. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 \u00fczerinden kurulan \u201corta s\u0131n\u0131f\u201d alg\u0131s\u0131, bu k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6rtmenin ideolojik arac\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f durumdad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6yleyse orta s\u0131n\u0131f var m\u0131d\u0131r?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><font dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Marksist bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131nda s\u0131n\u0131flar; Fiyat seviyesine, t\u00fcketimin ya da k\u00fclt\u00fcrel be\u011fenilere g\u00f6re de\u011fil, \u00fcretim ara\u00e7lar\u0131yla birlikte piyasaya s\u00fcr\u00fclmelerine g\u00f6re. Kapitalist toplum bu ili\u015fki, iki temel s\u0131n\u0131f ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Bir yanda \u00fcretim ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n sahibi olan, sermayeyi ve ticareti elinde tutan, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n eme\u011finden k\u00e2r elde eden sermaye s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 vard\u0131r. B\u00fcy\u00fck ithalat\u00e7\u0131lar, in\u015faat ve turizm sermayesi, \u00fcniversite patronlar\u0131 burada somut \u00f6rneklerdir. Di\u011fer yanda ge\u00e7ebilmek i\u00e7in eme\u011fini satmak zorunda olan emek\u00e7ilerin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131f bulunur. Kamu emek\u00e7ileri, i\u015f\u00e7iler, kendi reklamlar\u0131 ve hesaplar\u0131na \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck orta boy i\u015fletme sahipleri, \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131, s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli ve g\u00fcvencesiz istihdam edilen binlerce insan. Bu temel kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, Marksizm&#8217;de ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ve kal\u0131c\u0131 bir \u201corta s\u0131n\u0131f\u201d tan\u0131m\u0131 yoktur. Bir de sermaye s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n alt k\u0131r\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlanabilecek<\/font><\/font> k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck<font dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> burjuvazi vard\u0131r. Basit tan\u0131m\u0131yla k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck burjuvazi; <\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font>k<font dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck de olsa \u00fcretim arac\u0131na sahip olan ve zaman zaman kal\u0131c\u0131 olarak kalan kesimleri ifade eder.<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peki Orta S\u0131n\u0131f Dediklerine Ne Oldu?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1970\u2019lerden itibaren d\u00fcnya \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde uygulamaya sokulan neoliberal politikalar, bu tabloyu bilin\u00e7li bi\u00e7imde da\u011f\u0131tt\u0131. \u00d6zelle\u015ftirmelerle kamu k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclt\u00fcld\u00fc, sendikalar zay\u0131flat\u0131ld\u0131. G\u00fcvenceli istihdam geriletildi; kadrolu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma istisnaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc, s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli, ge\u00e7ici ve g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma normalle\u015ftirildi. E\u011fitimli emek ucuzlat\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130yi bir e\u011fitim, garanti bir gelecek olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. Uzmanl\u0131k de\u011fersizle\u015ftirildi; proje bazl\u0131, k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretli i\u015fler yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Bug\u00fcn \u00fcniversitelerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan akademisyenlerin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli ve g\u00fcvencesizdir. Memurlar bor\u00e7la ya\u015famaktad\u0131r. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck esnaf i\u00e7in mesele art\u0131k sat\u0131\u015f yapmak de\u011fil; d\u00fckk\u00e2n\u0131n kiras\u0131n\u0131, elektri\u011fini ve bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6deyip bir ay daha ayakta kalabilmektir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ortadan kalkan bir s\u0131n\u0131f de\u011fil; ideolojik bir perdedir. Eskiden \u201corta s\u0131n\u0131f\u201d denilen kesimlerin, ger\u00e7ekte i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 oldu\u011fu art\u0131k ink\u00e2r edilemez bi\u00e7imde a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Zaten emek\u00e7iydiler bug\u00fcn bu ger\u00e7ek, maddi ko\u015fullar taraf\u0131ndan dayat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Maa\u015flar\u0131yla ge\u00e7inemiyorlar, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n gelece\u011finden emin olam\u0131yorlar, yar\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131 planlayam\u0131yorlar. Buna ra\u011fmen hala \u201cben i\u015f\u00e7i de\u011filim, orta s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131m\u201d diyorsan\u0131z, sizi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye davet ediyorum. Bunu demek neyi de\u011fi\u015ftirir? Hi\u00e7bir \u015feyi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcn maa\u015f\u0131yla ge\u00e7inemeyen, bor\u00e7lanan, g\u00fcvencesizle\u015fen herkesin kendisine \u015fu basit soruyu sormas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum: Ben eme\u011fimle mi ya\u015f\u0131yorum, yoksa ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n eme\u011finden mi k\u00e2r ediyorum?
