Tiyatrosuyla, m\u00fczi\u011fiyle, film g\u00f6sterimleri ve s\u00f6yle\u015filerle neredeyse her yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fe, her \u00fcretimine, e\u015fitlikten ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckten yana feminist bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 ile yakla\u015fmaya u\u011fra\u015f\u0131yor. Dergisindeki Feminist-iz sayfas\u0131 ve ba\u015fka platformlarda yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaz\u0131larla \u00a0teorik tart\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131yor, pratik sorunlar\u0131 ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerilerini ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bir \u00f6rg\u00fct d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn, 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda, 8 Mart D\u00fcnya Emek\u00e7i Kad\u0131nlar G\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019nde o zamana kadar eylem d\u00fczenlenmezken ilk eylem \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 yap\u0131yor, Fema ve Ykp-Fem ile birlikte eylemini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyor ve 8 Mart\u2019ta sokakta olmay\u0131 gelenekselle\u015ftirece\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klay\u0131p y\u0131llard\u0131r 8 Martlar\u0131n nitelik ve nicelik olarak b\u00fcy\u00fcmesine katk\u0131 koyuyor. O y\u0131ldan sonra olu\u015fan 8 Mart D\u00fczenleme Komitelerinde sendika ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlerle birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor, karma \u00f6rg\u00fctlerde kad\u0131n beyan\u0131, gece kul\u00fcplerindeki k\u00f6lelik ko\u015fullar\u0131 ve daha pek \u00e7ok konuda \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00f6rg\u00fctlerle birlikte hareket ediyor, Aile Yasas\u0131 De\u011fi\u015fmeli \u0130nisiyatifi ve benzeri yap\u0131larda i\u015f, g\u00fc\u00e7, eylem birlikteli\u011fi yap\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/baraka.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-3791 alignleft\" style=\"border: 1px solid black; margin: 1px;\" alt=\"4\" src=\"https:\/\/baraka.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/4.jpg\" width=\"252\" height=\"144\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bir \u00f6rg\u00fct d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn, 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda 25 Kas\u0131m Kad\u0131na Y\u00f6nelik \u015eiddete Kar\u015f\u0131 Uluslararas\u0131 M\u00fccadele G\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019nde o zamana kadar eylem d\u00fczenlenmezken ilk sokak eylemini yap\u0131yor, ortak etkinliklere de kat\u0131l\u0131yor ve sonraki y\u0131lda da bunu s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor.\u00a0Ve bu \u00f6rg\u00fct, 2015 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n 25 Kas\u0131m\u0131na yine bir sokak eylemi \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131yor. Kendi \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131ndan iki g\u00fcn sonra ise Toplumsal Cinsiyet E\u015fitli\u011fi Platformu\u2019nun ilkelerini ilan etti\u011fini ve 25 Kas\u0131m \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011freniyor. Kendi eylemini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirip Platform&#8217;un y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne de destek verece\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klayarak bu \u015fekilde davran\u0131yor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc her \u015feyden \u00f6te kad\u0131na \u015fiddete kar\u015f\u0131 sokakta olmak ve birlikte olmak anlaml\u0131 ve \u00f6nemli. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Platformun i\u00e7erisinde, toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi alan\u0131nda da ba\u015fka alanlarda da birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, zaman zaman fikir ayr\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 ve ele\u015ftirel s\u00fcre\u00e7ler ya\u015fansa da solun zenginli\u011fi olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00f6rg\u00fctler de yer almakta.<\/p>\n<p>Nihayetinde a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131 gereken bir soru ak\u0131llara tak\u0131l\u0131yor: Baraka, Toplumsal Cinsiyet E\u015fitli\u011fi Platformu\u2019na neden \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lmaz ya da sosyalist feminizmden kimler, neden rahats\u0131z olur?<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c7a\u011fr\u0131ld\u0131k da gitmedik mi!<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Asl\u0131nda bu yaz\u0131n\u0131n konusu, Baraka\u2019n\u0131n Platforma davet edilip edilmedi\u011finden ziyade, Platformun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tutulmas\u0131ndan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc hangi fikriyat\u0131n, neden memnun ve rahat oldu\u011fu. Ancak yine de baz\u0131 spek\u00fclasyonlar\u0131 \u00f6nlemek ad\u0131na, Baraka\u2019n\u0131n Platforma davet almad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, Aile Yasas\u0131 De\u011fi\u015fmeli \u0130nisiyatifi\u2019nin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlamas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, benzer \u00f6rg\u00fctlerin d\u00fczenledi\u011fi Eyl\u00fcl\u00fcn Kad\u0131n Y\u00fczleri belgesel g\u00f6sterimlerinin organizasyonuna, o d\u00f6nemki yo\u011funluklar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 kat\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 fakat ba\u015fka konularda yine i\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7 eylem birlikteli\u011fi yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 net bir bi\u00e7imde yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtmekte fayda var. Y\u0131llard\u0131r m\u00fccadelenin i\u00e7erisinde olan, \u00e7e\u015fitli platformlar kuran sendika ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlerin, bir platformun ne \u015fekilde kurulup davetlerin nas\u0131l yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bizden iyi bildi\u011fini varsayar\u0131z. Bir etkinli\u011fe kat\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klayan bir \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn, o alandaki mazisi ve aktifli\u011fi bilinmesine ra\u011fmen birden bire defterden silinmesinin insani ili\u015fkilere, siyasi eti\u011fe ve \u00f6rg\u00fctler aras\u0131 huku\u011fa uymad\u0131\u011f\u0131 da a\u015fikar. O halde ortada, kas\u0131tl\u0131 bir \u201cihmal\u201d ya da birilerinin i\u015fine gelen bir \u201cileti\u015fim sorunu\u201d olmal\u0131. Ama neden?<\/p>\n<p><b>Yak\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015ften manidar notlar<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Baraka, ortakla\u015fman\u0131n ve dayan\u0131\u015fman\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fcne ve sol i\u00e7i farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n zenginli\u011fine her daim k\u0131ymet vermekle birlikte, ideolojilerden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir yol y\u00fcr\u00fcnemeyece\u011fine de inan\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla feminizm alan\u0131nda da, toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi m\u00fccadelesinde de yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015flerde ve i\u00e7erisine girdi\u011fi birlikteliklerde ideolojik duru\u015fuyla ve sosyalist feminist anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla var olmu\u015ftur. Ancak bu, farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6n plana al\u0131p birlikte bir yol y\u00fcr\u00fcnmesine zarar verecek \u015fekilde de\u011fil, aksine, herkesin bulundu\u011fu toplant\u0131 veya gruplarda a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a fikirlerini ifade ederek etkile\u015fime, tart\u0131\u015fmaya, ikna etmeye ve olmaya imkan sa\u011flayacak \u015fekilde yap\u0131lagelmi\u015ftir. Bunun kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ise son zamanlarda maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6ntem, gizli ittifaklar, dedikodu mekanizmalar\u0131yla y\u0131pratma, feodal ili\u015fkiler \u00fczerinden birbirini ele\u015ftirmeme ve ele\u015ftiriyi kad\u0131n dayan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda g\u00f6rme \u015feklinde olagelmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lk 8 Mart Organizasyon Komitesi&#8217;nin kuruldu\u011fu ve pek \u00e7ok \u00f6rg\u00fctle, feminist bir potada birarada olmay\u0131 deneyimledi\u011fimiz 2011&#8217;den bu yana neredeyse her y\u0131l CTP tarf\u0131ndan Komite&#8217;nin s\u00f6z\u00fcne ve alan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6lge d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Sosyal G\u00fcven(siz)lik Yasas\u0131 ile kad\u0131nlar\u0131n y\u0131pranma pay\u0131n\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131, gece kul\u00fcplerinin kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 talebini, h\u00fck\u00fcmetlerin i\u015fbirlik\u00e7ilik yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6zelle\u015ftirmelerle ve kendilerinin Meclise getirdi\u011fi G\u00f6\u00e7 Yasas\u0131 gibi neoliberal yasalarla kad\u0131n\u0131n daha da yoksulla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemekten, kad\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 AKP zihniyetini ele\u015ftirmekten geri duran CTP, Komitenin de bunlar\u0131 s\u00f6ylememesini, genel ge\u00e7er taleplerle 8 Mart D\u00fcnya Emek\u00e7i Kad\u0131nlar G\u00fcn\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn ve feminist m\u00fccadelenin i\u00e7inin bo\u015falt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istemektedir. \u00d6rg\u00fctlerin t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn kabul etti\u011fi ortak bildirinin, kendilerinin de bulundu\u011fu toplant\u0131larda haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131ndan ve t\u00fcm \u00f6rg\u00fctlerce onaylanmas\u0131ndan sonra, bas\u0131na okunmas\u0131na neredeyse saatler kala, bu mant\u0131kla bildiriyi de\u011fi\u015ftirmek y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00f6neriler yapmalar\u0131 ve buna itiraz edenlerin de birli\u011fi bozmakla, \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmac\u0131l\u0131kla su\u00e7lanmas\u0131, birli\u011fe bu kadar \u00f6nem veren kendilerinin ise son dakika organizasyondan \u00e7ekilmesi bu s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde ya\u015fanan \u00f6rneklerdir. Keza eylemlerde \u201cbirbirimiz aleyhine slogan atmayal\u0131m\u201d kand\u0131rmacas\u0131yla asl\u0131nda CTP&#8217;nin h\u00fck\u00fcmet politikalar\u0131n\u0131n ele\u015ftirilmesine yasak getirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 da neredeyse her sokak eylemi \u00f6ncesinde dayat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hatta bu husus toplant\u0131 kararlar\u0131na bile konmak istenmi\u015f ancak h\u00fck\u00fcmet etmi\u015f\/etmekte olan bir partinin kad\u0131nlar aleyhine icraatlar\u0131 varsa veyahut kad\u0131nlar\u0131n h\u00fck\u00fcmetten talepleri varsa bunun dile getirilmesinin engellenemeyece\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinin a\u011f\u0131r basmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 kabul g\u00f6rmemi\u015ftir. Slogan ve d\u00f6vizlerin de toplant\u0131larda tek tek okunup kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bask\u0131 yap\u0131larak \u00f6rg\u00fctlerin s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn denetim alt\u0131na al\u0131nmaya, sans\u00fcrlenmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi y\u00f6ntemler de zorlanm\u0131\u015f ancak hem solculu\u011fa hem de feminizme i\u00e7erili olan \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 gere\u011fi bu da uygulanamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>CTP&#8217;nin bazen bizzat kendisi veya milletvekilleri taraf\u0131ndan (ki asl\u0131nda ayn\u0131 \u015feydir), bazen ise feodal veya ideolojik olarak yak\u0131n durdu\u011fu \u00f6rg\u00fctler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla feminist m\u00fccadeleye yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu m\u00fcdahaleler zamanla ne yaz\u0131k ki sendikalar\u0131n i\u00e7ine kadar s\u0131zabilmi\u015ftir. Aksi halde, ba\u015fka politik konularda h\u00fck\u00fcmetin icraatlar\u0131na ele\u015ftirel yakla\u015fabilen sendikalar\u0131n, ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckl\u00fc politik bir mecra olan toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi konusunda, h\u00fck\u00fcmet partisinin kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc ile bu kadar hemfikir olmalar\u0131 nas\u0131l m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir? Baraka&#8217;n\u0131n bu gibi platform ve komitlerdeki varl\u0131\u011f\u0131, ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llarda g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir ki bir partinin, ister muhalefette ister h\u00fck\u00fcmette olsun, halka dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da kad\u0131nlara zarar veren politikalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 sessiz kal\u0131nmamaktad\u0131r. O halde Baraka&#8217;n\u0131n ya da sosyalist feminist s\u00f6z\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir platform daha &#8220;sorunsuz&#8221; ve &#8220;gerilimsiz&#8221; olabilecektir. Dolays\u0131yla Baraka&#8217;n\u0131n \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda biraz &#8220;ihmalkarl\u0131k yap\u0131lmas\u0131&#8221; veya yanl\u0131\u015f anlamalara mahal verecek \u015fekilde bo\u015fluk b\u0131ak\u0131lmas\u0131 makbul ve de m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/baraka.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/5.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-3793 aligncenter\" style=\"border: 1px solid black; margin-top: 1px; margin-bottom: 1px;\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/baraka.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/5-300x198.jpg\" width=\"270\" height=\"178\" srcset=\"https:\/\/baraka.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/5-300x198.jpg 300w, https:\/\/baraka.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/5-1024x678.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 270px) 100vw, 270px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>TCE m\u00fccadelesi ideolojiden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z de\u011fil<\/b><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra TCE Platformu&#8217;nun i\u00e7erisinde, topluma \u00e7e\u015fitli alanlarda \u00fcrettikleriyle de\u011fer katan, farkl\u0131 ve \u00f6nemli \u00f6rg\u00fctler yer al\u0131yor. Bu \u00f6rg\u00fctlerin farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n da Platform i\u00e7erisinde g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr olabilmesi, fikir tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n veya ele\u015ftirinin kad\u0131n dayan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na zarar verdi\u011fi yanl\u0131\u015f alg\u0131s\u0131ndan kurtulunmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Feminizm, b\u00fct\u00fcn kad\u0131nlar\u0131n payla\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 bir isyan ve her toplumsal kesimden kad\u0131n\u0131n kendi sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015fka kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 sorunlarla kesi\u015ftirebilece\u011fi bir m\u00fccadele s\u00fcreci. Bu anlamda kad\u0131n dayan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 \u00f6nemli olmakla birlikte, farkl\u0131 ideolojilere sahip ama cinsiyet temelli ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 ideolojisinin merkezine alan feminist g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler de olabilir, olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Sol liberallerin, post modernistlerin, sosyal demokratlar\u0131n ya da sosyalistlerin di\u011fer konulara farkl\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 oldu\u011fu gibi cinsiyet temelli bask\u0131 ve ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n sebebi ve giderilmesi konusunda da \u00e7e\u015fitli g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri olmas\u0131ndan do\u011fal bir \u015fey yoktur. Ancak farkl\u0131 d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerine inanarak m\u00fccadele eden kad\u0131nlar\u0131n, bu farkl\u0131l\u0131klara odaklanmalar\u0131 ne kadar yanl\u0131\u015fsa, ideolojilerinin di\u011fer asli unsurlar\u0131ndan ar\u0131nmalar\u0131 da o kadar hatal\u0131d\u0131r. B\u00f6ylesi bir yanl\u0131\u015fla y\u00fcr\u00fcnen yol, genel politikadan soyutlanm\u0131\u015f, toplumu temelden d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmekten uzak bir rotaya do\u011fru gidecektir. Bununla birlikte herkesin birbirini onaylad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir alan, g\u00fcn\u00fcn sonunda k\u0131s\u0131r kalacak ve geli\u015fim sa\u011flayamayacakt\u0131r. Hatta ki\u015fi veya \u00f6rg\u00fct \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fine ra\u011fmen farkl\u0131 feminist anlay\u0131\u015flar\u0131n tart\u0131\u015f\u0131larak etkile\u015fim i\u00e7erisinde olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir toplulukta, a\u00e7\u0131ktan veya gizliden alan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131na m\u00fcdahale edildi\u011fi ve alan\u0131n tek bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131na hapsedilmek istendi\u011fi de g\u00f6r\u00fclecektir.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ba\u015far\u0131lar dileriz<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Tolumsal Cinsiyet E\u015fitli\u011fi Platformu, bu \u00fclkedeki feminist m\u00fccadelenin ne ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 noktas\u0131 ne de nihayetidir. Bu uzun soluklu, \u00f6m\u00fcrlerimize s\u0131\u011fmayacak yolun bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r.
