Bu eserlerin baz\u0131s\u0131 mimari a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131makta, baz\u0131s\u0131 resim alan\u0131nda kendi \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131tmakta, baz\u0131s\u0131 ise medeniyetlerin geli\u015fiminde b\u00fcy\u00fck etki sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f olan eserlerdir. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131 korumak, kendi neslimize anlatmak ve gelecek nesillere ta\u015f\u0131mak bizim g\u00f6revimizdir. Eserleri korumak ve sergilemek i\u00e7in \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir eme\u011fe ve bu i\u015fi yapmak i\u00e7in g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fclere ve tabi ki maddi kayna\u011fa ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. Kendileri birer a\u00e7\u0131k hava m\u00fczesi niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yan kiliseler, camiler, kiliseden camiye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclenler, antik kentler, konutlar, tarihi meydanlar; var olmalar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fczelli\u011fini halen ta\u015f\u0131makla birlikte, e\u011fer yeterli ilgili bulamazlar ve m\u00fcdahale edilmezler ise \u00f6l\u00fcme mahk\u00fbm olacaklard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f6neminde b\u00fcy\u00fck emekler ve inan\u00e7lar do\u011frultusunda yap\u0131lan mimari eserler maalesef ya\u015flan\u0131yorlar. Yap\u0131lar\u0131n yap\u0131 malzemesi zamanla bozulmakla birlikte, \u00e7o\u011fu zaman statik problemleri de birlikte getirir ve zamanla daha k\u00f6t\u00fcye giderler. Mimari eserlerin y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in ge\u00e7ici \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nabilir; fakat daha sonra yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken, yap\u0131lar\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli i\u015flemlerden ge\u00e7irmek ve d\u00fczenli kontrollerini yapmakt\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle adan\u0131n ikiye b\u00f6l\u00fcnmesinden sonra K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 Elenlerin ibadet mek\u00e2nlar\u0131n\u0131n terk edilmesiyle bir\u00e7ok kilise ve \u015fapel kullan\u0131lmamaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015f, kendi kaderine b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu yap\u0131lar, dini inan\u00e7 ya da k\u00f6ken olarak kimlere ait oldu\u011fu fark etmeksizin herkesin olmal\u0131 ve sahiplenilip gereken \u00f6nem g\u00f6sterilmelidir. Buna ra\u011fmen, yap\u0131lar\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 manevi de\u011ferler de dikkate al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r; bu ba\u011flamda bu tarz dini yap\u0131lar\u0131n korumas\u0131 ve onar\u0131m\u0131, iki toplumun birbirine yak\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 ve sempati duymas\u0131 i\u00e7in de olumlu bir f\u0131rsata d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilir. Bunun yan\u0131nda yeniden kullanma y\u00f6ntemi olarak, \u00f6nceden kilise ya da \u015fapel olan yap\u0131lar\u0131n -mevcut cemaati olmamakla birlikte- ba\u015fka i\u015flevlerle de kullan\u0131l\u0131p, yeniden hayat bulmas\u0131 se\u00e7ene\u011fi de g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilmemelidir. \u00d6rne\u011fin De\u011firmenlik\u2019teki (Kythra) Ayia Marina Kilisesi\u2019ne yeni bir i\u015flev verilerek, iki k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn de ortak \u00f6zelli\u011fi olan folklorik dans merkezine \u00e7evrilip, bu mek\u00e2n\u0131n aktif olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na olanak sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130\u00e7inde insan olmayan yap\u0131lar ayakta durmakta g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7ekerler, bu sebeple bu tarz \u00f6rneklerin \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131 hem yap\u0131lar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, hem var olan\u0131 yeniden kullan\u0131p gereksiz harcamalardan ka\u00e7\u0131nmak i\u00e7in hem de halka kazand\u0131r\u0131lacak yeni sosyal mek\u00e2nlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olduk\u00e7a olumludur.<\/p>\n<p>Eserlerin hepsi ayn\u0131 kond\u00fcsyonda elbette de\u011fildir; mimari eserlerin baz\u0131lar\u0131 tamamen y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131p, yok olmu\u015f, baz\u0131lar\u0131 ise kurtar\u0131lmay\u0131 <a href=\"https:\/\/baraka.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/aya-marina-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4047 alignright\" alt=\"aya marina 2\" src=\"https:\/\/baraka.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/aya-marina-2-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/baraka.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/aya-marina-2-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/baraka.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/aya-marina-2.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>beklemektedirler. Mimari eserlerin yan\u0131nda, bize eski devirlerin tarihi, g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam\u0131, dili, hayat\u0131 nas\u0131l g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc hakk\u0131nda birebir bilgi veren k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck eserler de, ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde korunmaya ihtiya\u00e7 duyan antik par\u00e7alard\u0131r. Bu eserlerin uzmanlar taraf\u0131ndan uygun ortamlarda (s\u0131cakl\u0131k, nem, d\u0131\u015f etkenler) koruma alt\u0131na al\u0131nmal\u0131, restorasyonlar\u0131 elde olan\u0131 en iyi \u015fekilde muhafaza edilerek yap\u0131lmal\u0131 ve en \u00f6nemlisi seyircileriyle bulu\u015fup, anlamlar\u0131na anlam katmal\u0131d\u0131rlar. Bu durum kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za nas\u0131l bir sergileme yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 sorusunu \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn elimizde olan m\u00fczelerin \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f m\u00fczecilik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na ne kadar uydu\u011fu tart\u0131\u015fmaya a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Bu a\u015famada Eski Eserler ve M\u00fczeler Dairesi ta\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131na elini ne kadar sokmaktad\u0131r? \u00dclkemizdeki m\u00fczelerin hangisi g\u00fcncel koruma ko\u015fullar\u0131na uygundur? Ya da koruyoruz derken uygun olmayan ortamlarda saklanan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck eserler yoksa daha k\u00f6t\u00fc hale mi geliyor? Peki bu i\u015fi gerekti\u011fi gibi yapmak i\u00e7in uzmanlar yok mudur? Gerek \u00fclkemiz \u00fcniversitelerinde, gerekse yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda en iyi e\u011fitimleri alan ki\u015filerin i\u015fsiz olmas\u0131 da, bu konudaki ba\u015fka bir problemi do\u011furmaktad\u0131r. Nas\u0131l ki insan ya\u015f\u0131, boyu, kilosu, d\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f\u00fc fark etmeden sa\u011fl\u0131k hakk\u0131ndan e\u015fit yararlanmas\u0131 gerekiyorsa, her eser tarihi d\u00f6nemi, i\u015flevi, yap\u0131 malzemesi ne olursa olsun korumay\u0131 hak eder.
