Kapitalist piyasa ile k\u00e2r mant\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n, ayn\u0131 zamanda kapitalizmle rekabet eden ve do\u011fay\u0131 g\u00f6zetmeden \u00fcretim yapan bir sosyalizmin, \u00e7evrenin korunmas\u0131yla uyu\u015famayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kavram\u0131\u015f bir ak\u0131m&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/baraka.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/46444386_apple.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5526\" alt=\"_46444386_apple\" src=\"https:\/\/baraka.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/46444386_apple-300x200.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/baraka.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/46444386_apple-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/baraka.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/46444386_apple.jpg 766w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ekolojik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyle sosyalist (Marksist) d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin kayna\u015fmas\u0131yla ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bu radikal alternatifin temel \u00f6nermesi \u015fudur: Do\u011fal \u00e7evrenin korunmas\u0131, kapitalist sistemin geni\u015flemeci ve y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 mant\u0131\u011f\u0131yla birarada bulunamaz.\u00a0Do\u011fan\u0131n savunusu i\u00e7in verilecek m\u00fccadeleyle eme\u011fin \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmesi ve toplumun d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in verilecek m\u00fccadele birbirinden ayr\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemez.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc sakall\u0131 bir filozofun dedi\u011fi gibi <em>\u201cEmek, t\u00fcm zenginli\u011fin kayna\u011f\u0131 de\u011fildir. Do\u011fa da, kendisi de sadece do\u011fal g\u00fcc\u00fcn, insani emek g\u00fcc\u00fc\u00adn\u00fcn bir ifadesi olan emek kadar kullan\u0131m de\u011ferlerinin (ve elbette bu de\u011ferlerin i\u00e7erdi\u011fi maddi zenginli\u011fin!) bir kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d<\/em> Toplumun maddi zenginli\u011fi emek ve do\u011fa olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n, kapitalizm, emek g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc, do\u011fay\u0131 da hammadde ve kaynak olarak ele alarak sermaye birikimini ve b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirir. Do\u011fa varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fal kaynak haline getirilmesi s\u00fcreci ile eme\u011fin i\u015f\u00e7ile\u015ftirilmesi, ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz bir birlik i\u00e7inde ilerler. Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z neoliberal d\u00f6nemin ba\u015fat \u00f6zelli\u011fi ise, piyasa d\u0131\u015f\u0131 olan ne varsa (su, toprak, hava, genler, do\u011fan\u0131n bilgisi, vs.) \u00f6zelle\u015ftirme, ticarile\u015ftirme gibi y\u00f6ntemlerle sermayenin hizmetine ko\u015fulmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u015eiar\u0131 \u201cb\u00fcy\u00fc ya da \u00f6l\u201d olan mevcut sistemin do\u011fas\u0131nda, \u00e7evre\/ekoloji sorunlar\u0131na \u00e7are olabilecek bir nitelik yoktur. Ne s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nma yalan\u0131 ve ye\u015fil ekonomi ya da ye\u015fil teknolojilerin sorunu \u00e7\u00f6zemedi\u011fini, d\u00fcnyam\u0131z\u0131n bug\u00fcn gelinen halinden a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. <em><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pek \u00e7ok \u00e7evreci Marx\u2019\u0131 \u00fcretim yanl\u0131s\u0131 g\u00f6rerek ele\u015ftirir. Oysa Marx, meta feti\u015fizmini ele\u015ftirirken, daha \u00e7ok meta \u00fcretilmesinin ekonominin ve toplumun temel hedefi oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesine kar\u015f\u0131 en radikal ele\u015ftiriyi yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. <em>\u201cSosyalizmin hedefi, sonsuz miktarda mal \u00fcretmek de\u011fil, i\u015f saatlerinin, i\u015f\u00e7ilerin siyasete, \u00f6\u011frenmeye, oyun oynamaya, a\u015f\u0131k olmaya yetecek bo\u015f vakitleri kalacak \u015fekilde azalt\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d<\/em> demi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Sovyetler Birli\u011fi, \u00c7in gibi s\u00f6zde reel sosyalizm deneyimlerinin, asl\u0131nda Marksizm\u2019den uzakla\u015farak ba\u015fka konularda oldu\u011fu gibi do\u011fal \u00e7evrenin korunmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 da ortadad\u0131r. Hal b\u00f6yleyken, sosyalizmden anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken sadece \u00fcretim ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zel m\u00fclkiyetinin ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 de\u011fil, ortak m\u00fclkiyetle, kolektif kararlarla yap\u0131lan \u00fcretimin, do\u011fayla uyumlu, \u00e7evreye zarar vermeyecek \u015fekilde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesidir. Ayr\u0131ca, bilhassa reklamc\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ile yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan \u00e7\u0131lg\u0131nca t\u00fcketim al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ve \u00fcretimin, ihtiya\u00e7 olmasa bile durmaks\u0131z\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmesidir. \u00d6rne\u011fin fosil yak\u0131tlarla elektrik \u00fcreten bir santralin m\u00fclkiyetinin \u00f6zel bir \u015firkette de\u011fil i\u015f\u00e7ilerde olmas\u0131 yeterli de\u011fildir. B\u00f6yle bir santralin en k\u0131sa zamanda kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve yerine g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi ile elektrik \u00fcreten tesisler yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u015fartt\u0131r. Veyahut bir otomobil fabrikas\u0131n\u0131n patronsuz olmas\u0131, emek\u00e7iler taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netilmesi ekososyalizm i\u00e7in yetmez; belki de ki\u015fisel otomobil yerine toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ve bisiklet \u00fcretimine ge\u00e7ilmesi gerekecektir.<\/p>\n<p><b>Nereden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bundan 16 y\u0131l \u00f6nce, Paris&#8217;te, ekoloji ve sosyalizm \u00fczerine yap\u0131lan bir seminerde biraraya gelen \u00e7evrecilerden ikisi \u201cEkososyalist Bir Manifesto\u201dyu kaleme ald\u0131. Joel Koel ve Michael L\u00f6wy, Kom\u00fcnist Manifesto&#8217;nun ekolojik bir tamamlay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olarak yazd\u0131klar\u0131 metinde, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00e7e\u015ftli yerlerindeki direni\u015flerin i\u00e7erik olarak ekososyalist oldu\u011funa vurgu yaparak, hayaleti ortaya \u00e7\u0131karma aray\u0131\u015f\u0131na giri\u015ftiler(*). \u00c7evre\/ekoloji sorunlar\u0131 ile toplumsal \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fcnt\u00fclerin birbirleriyle yak\u0131n ili\u015fkisini ortaya koydular. Sonralar\u0131 yeni bildirgeler, ekososyalist metinler yaz\u0131ld\u0131 \u00e7izildi, ekososyalizmin ne oldu\u011fu sayfalarca teorize edildi&#8230; Oysa son 25 y\u0131la bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, Meksika da\u011flar\u0131ndan Hindistan vadilerine, Amazon Ormanlar\u0131&#8217;ndan Karadeniz yaylalar\u0131na uzanan onlarca farkl\u0131 direni\u015f, zaten ekososyalizmi i\u015faret ve hatta in\u015fa ediyordu.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/baraka.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/images.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5529\" alt=\"images\" src=\"https:\/\/baraka.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/images.jpg\" width=\"183\" height=\"275\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ekososyalizmin filizlendi\u011fi tarih olarak \u015eubat 1994 Meksika\u2019s\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. O tarihte, Kuzey Amerika Serbest Ticaret Anla\u015fmas\u0131 uygulamaya konmu\u015f, yoksul halk\u0131n daha da yoksulla\u015fmas\u0131, yerlilerin ve k\u00f6yl\u00fclerin asimile olmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelen bu anla\u015fmaya kar\u015f\u0131 Zapatista Ulusal Kurtulu\u015f Ordusu, Chiapas\u2019ta eyleme ge\u00e7mi\u015fti. On y\u0131ld\u0131r da\u011flarda k\u00f6yl\u00fclerle birlikte ya\u015fayan ve b\u00fct\u00fcn bildiklerini, do\u011fadan \u00f6\u011frendikleriyle yeniden \u015fekillendiren gerillalar \u201cYa Basta!\u201d (art\u0131k yeter) slogan\u0131yla k\u00fcreselle\u015fme ve neoliberalizme kar\u015f\u0131 silahl\u0131 bir m\u00fccadeleye ba\u015flad\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>Bir ba\u015fka \u00f6rnek de La Via Campesina (K\u00fcresel K\u00f6yl\u00fc Hareketi)&#8217;d\u0131r. 1990\u2019lar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren D\u00fcnya Bankas\u0131 ve Uluslararas\u0131 Para Fonu&#8217;nun h\u00fck\u00fcmetlere, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla k\u00f6yl\u00fc ve \u00e7ift\u00e7ilere dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cyap\u0131sal reformlar\u201d ile k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck aile \u00e7ift\u00e7ili\u011fi yok edilmekte, sanayile\u015fmi\u015f \u015firketlerin elinde olan end\u00fcstriyel tar\u0131m hedeflenmekte. Buna kar\u015f\u0131 d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00fclkelerinden binlerce k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck, yerli ve \u00f6zellikle kad\u0131n \u00e7ift\u00e7i, insanl\u0131k yarar\u0131na \u00fcretim yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyarak b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015firketlere kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015fmakta.<\/p>\n<p>Ekoloji m\u00fccadelesi ile emek\u00e7ilerin hak m\u00fccadelesinin yollar\u0131n\u0131n kesi\u015fti\u011fi ve ba\u015far\u0131yla sonu\u00e7lanan ekososyalist bir direni\u015f \u00f6rne\u011fi de Bolivya&#8217;da suyun \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilmesine kar\u015f\u0131 ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 2000 y\u0131l\u0131nda, emek\u00e7ilerin \u00f6z \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeleri ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen direni\u015f aylarca s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f, binlerce insan sokaklara d\u00f6k\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f, s\u0131k\u0131y\u00f6netim ilan\u0131na kadar giden devasa bir m\u00fccadele ile Bolivya halk\u0131 suyun ticarile\u015ftirilmesini durdurmay\u0131 ba\u015farm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00f6rnekler \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131labilir \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc pek \u00e7ok halk\u0131n, kapitalizmin neoliberal y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131na (nehirlerin kirletilmesine, sular\u0131n ticarile\u015ftirilmesine, ormanlar\u0131n metala\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na) kar\u015f\u0131 verdi\u011fi m\u00fccadele ekolojisttir. Hatta kamusal m\u00fclkiyeti ve do\u011fan\u0131n verdiklerini e\u015fit ve adil bir \u015fekilde b\u00f6l\u00fc\u015fmeyi savunduklar\u0131, insan-do\u011fa ili\u015fkisini bir b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck i\u00e7inde kurgulad\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in de asl\u0131nda sosyalist ve Marksist\u2019tir. Yani ekososyalizm, \u00e7etelesi tutulamayacak kadar fazla ve co\u011frafi anlamda her yana yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015f direni\u015flerden \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ve halen daha farkl\u0131 deneyimler biriktirilmekte, hayalet kah g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcp kah kaybolmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><i>(*) Kom\u00fcnist Manifesto&#8217;nun giri\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde kom\u00fcnizm, Avrupa&#8217;n\u0131n \u00fczerinde dol\u015fan bir hayalete benzetilir.
