Kad\u0131k\u00f6y otob\u00fcs\u00fcne biner, son durakta iner ve vapur iskelesinin yan\u0131ndaki tarihi binada oyun izlemeye giderdik.Yolculuk boyunca amcam\u0131n koltu\u011funun alt\u0131nda gazetesi olurdu, bazen otob\u00fcste okurdu ve ben de yan\u0131nda oturup ba\u015fl\u0131klara bakard\u0131m. Haberlerin kimisini anlar, kimisini pek anlamazd\u0131m. Zaten merak etti\u011fim \u015fey gazete haberleri de\u011fil, az sonra a\u00e7\u0131lacak olan perdenin arkas\u0131ndakilerdi. Acaba nas\u0131l bir d\u00fcnyaya girecektik? Kim bilir nas\u0131l b\u00fcy\u00fclenecek, kah a\u011flayacak kah g\u00fclecektik. Bir ka\u00e7 saatli\u011fine de olsa unutacakt\u0131k \u015fu gazetede yazan g\u00fcncel olaylar\u0131. Derken \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc gong duyulur, aplikler s\u00f6ner ve sahne \u0131\u015f\u0131klar\u0131 yanard\u0131. En ince ayr\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131na kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f, ger\u00e7e\u011finden bile daha ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i dekorlarla, bamba\u015fka ki\u015filiklere b\u00fcr\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f oyuncular\u0131n \u00fczerimize ak\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131 duygu seliyle ba\u015fba\u015fa kal\u0131rd\u0131m. Olaylar\u0131, oyun karakterlerinin g\u00f6z\u00fcnden g\u00f6r\u00fcr, genellikle kendimi ba\u015f kahraman\u0131n yerine koyar, ser\u00fcvenine ortak olurdum. K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 kadife koltuklardan kalk\u0131p k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131, k\u00f6r\u00fckl\u00fc belediye otob\u00fcs\u00fcne bindi\u011fimizde, camdan d\u0131\u015far\u0131y\u0131 seyre dalar, evleri, d\u00fckkanlar\u0131, insanlar\u0131 de\u011fil kendi i\u00e7 d\u00fcnyam\u0131 izlerdim. \u00dczerinden \u00e7ok uzun y\u0131llar ge\u00e7ti\u011finden oyunlar\u0131 an\u0131msam\u0131yorum. Fakat baz\u0131 oyunlar\u0131n, gerek izlerken gerekse d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f yolunda bana bamba\u015fka \u015feyler hissettirdi\u011fini, hissettirmekten de \u00f6te d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, merak uyand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u015fa\u015f\u0131rtt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, otob\u00fcsteki insanlara, camdan g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm evlere olan ilgimi art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlayabiliyorum.\u00a0 Bu t\u00fcr oyunlar\u0131n dekorlar\u0131 hi\u00e7 de ger\u00e7ekteki gibi de\u011fildi; yal\u0131n bir platform bir ailenin oturma odas\u0131yken az sonra bir orman ya da devlet ba\u015fkan\u0131n\u0131n toplant\u0131 salonu gibi kullan\u0131labiliyordu. Hatta bazen oyuncular\u0131n bedenleri bile dekora d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor, akrobatik hareketlerle birbirlerinin \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yorlard\u0131. Tam kendimi oyuna kapt\u0131rm\u0131\u015fken oyuncular aniden oyunu keserek \u015fark\u0131 s\u00f6ylemeye ba\u015fl\u0131yor, g\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcnde kost\u00fcm de\u011fi\u015ftiriyor veya rahat\u0131m\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131racak bir soruyu seyircilere bakarak y\u00f6neltiveriyorlard\u0131. Kendimi yerine koymak istedi\u011fim kahraman bile bir anda benim gibi s\u0131radan bir ki\u015fi gibi davran\u0131yordu.T\u00fcm bunlar\u0131 \u00f6ylesine e\u011flenceli ve estetik bir bi\u00e7imde yap\u0131yorlard\u0131 ki zamanla bu t\u00fcr oyunlar\u0131 izlemekten daha \u00e7ok keyif al\u0131r olmu\u015f ve insanlar\u0131, toplumu, d\u00fcnyay\u0131, amcam\u0131n gazetesini alg\u0131lamamda bir okul gibi g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131m tiyatroyu. Sahne bug\u00fcnde y\u00fcksektedir; ama art\u0131k dipsiz bir u\u00e7urumdan y\u00fckselir gibi de\u011fildir, bir k\u00fcrs\u00fcye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. \u015eimdi ama\u00e7, bu k\u00fcrs\u00fcye yerle\u015fmeyi ba\u015farmakt\u0131r.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Brecht\u2019ten \u00f6nce Erwin Piscator bu k\u00fcrs\u00fcye i\u015f\u00e7i ve emek\u00e7ileri davet etmi\u015f ve tiyatronun, \u201cy\u00fcksek\u201d sanat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n tekelinden al\u0131n\u0131p bizzat i\u015f\u00e7iler taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131larak politikle\u015fmesi yolunda \u00f6nemli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <\/em><i>\u201cTiyatroyu politikaya y\u00f6neltme onuru Piscator\u2019undur, Onun tiyatrosu olmadan benim tiyatrom d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemezdi\u201d<\/i> diyor Brecht ve devam ediyor: <i>\u201cDaha \u00e7ok Piscator tiyatrosunda geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin d\u00fcped\u00fcz bir uzant\u0131s\u0131yd\u0131 bizimkiler. \u00d6zg\u00fcr bir yakla\u015f\u0131m sonucu Piscator ilkeleri, gerek \u00f6\u011fretici gerek e\u011flendirici bir sahnenin kurulabilmesine olanak verdi.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00d6zde\u015fle\u015fME, yabanc\u0131 gibi hayretle bak!<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Epik tiyatroda kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lan \u201c\u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fme\u201d ve \u201ckatharsis\u201d hala daha egemen esteti\u011fin temel dire\u011fidir. \u00d6zelikle sinemada ve televizyon dizilerinde hatta pop\u00fcler edebiyatta kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fi Aristoteles\u2019e kadar uzanan ve m\u00fcesses nizam\u0131 bozabilecek de\u011fi\u015fimleri ve devrimleri daha ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmeden bertaraf etmeyi ama\u00e7layan bu etkile\u015fim basit\u00e7e \u015fu \u015fekilde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir: Egemen ideolojinin ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olan ve neredeyse m\u00fckemmel olan kahramana sempati duymam\u0131z ve kendimizi onun yerine koymam\u0131z sa\u011flan\u0131r. Sonra, kahraman (ya da vekaleten biz), kurulu d\u00fczene kar\u015f\u0131 gelecek bir hareket, bir \u201chata\u201d yapar(\u0131z) ve mutluluktan felakete do\u011fru s\u00fcr\u00fcklenmeye ba\u015flar(\u0131z). Neyse ki bu korkun\u00e7 sonu biz de\u011fil oyun karakteri ya\u015fam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, ona ac\u0131r, kurulu d\u00fczene kar\u015f\u0131 olabilecek d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerimizden ar\u0131n\u0131r, halimize \u015f\u00fckredip yatar uyuruz. Sahne ile seyirci aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fki \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fme temeline dayand\u0131 m\u0131, seyircinin b\u00fct\u00fcn g\u00f6rebildi\u011fi, \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fti\u011fi kahraman\u0131n g\u00f6rebildi\u011fi kadard\u0131r. Seyircinin alg\u0131, duygu ve bilgileri sahnede devinen ki\u015filerinkiyle ayn\u0131 d\u00fczeyde tutulur.<\/p>\n<p>Brecht\u2019in bunun yerine koydu\u011fu \u201cyabanc\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma\u201d ise bir olay\u0131 ya da karakteri, do\u011fall\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, bilinip tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, akla yatk\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan s\u0131y\u0131r\u0131p almak, seyircide hayret ve merak uyand\u0131racak bir k\u0131l\u0131\u011fa sokmakt\u0131r. Yabanc\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma ayn\u0131 zamanda tarihselle\u015ftirmedir de; yani olay ve ki\u015fileri s\u00fcreklilikten yoksun, belli bir d\u00f6nem ve ko\u015fullarda \u00f6yle olan veya davranan nesneler gibi sergilemektir. Bunun kazand\u0131raca\u011f\u0131 \u015fey, seyircilerin, sahnedeki ki\u015fileri bundan b\u00f6yle asla de\u011fi\u015ftirilemeyecek, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc etkilenmeye kapal\u0131, kaderlerine terkedilmi\u015f, t\u00fcm\u00fcyle \u00e7aresiz yarat\u0131klar gibi canland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmekten kurtulacak olmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Toplumsal jest ya da davran\u0131\u015f olarak da ifade edilen gestus, ses tonu, y\u00fczdeki ifade, bedenin konumu, bir insan\u0131n bir ba\u015fkas\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcndeki konu\u015fma ve duru\u015f bi\u00e7imi, ona g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi tepkiler gibi \u00e7ok geni\u015f bir alan\u0131 kapsar. Her karakter, toplumsal s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131, konumu, ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 ile temsil edilir, \u00e7eli\u015fkiler ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar gestus arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile g\u00f6sterilir. Brecht\u2019in \u201cgestus\u201du, Marx\u2019\u0131n <i>\u201c<\/i><i>\u0130nsanlar\u0131n ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imini belirleyen bilin\u00e7leri de\u011fildir; ama, onlar\u0131n bilincini belirleyen toplumsal ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imleridir\u201d<\/i> sav\u0131n\u0131n, sahnede beden bulmu\u015f hali gibidir.<\/p>\n<p>Bertolt Brecht\u2019in teorisini ve prati\u011fini ortaya koydu\u011fu Marksist estetik, s\u0131n\u0131fsal ve sanatsal m\u00fccadelede hala daha geni\u015f imkanlar sunsa da, sanat ya\u015fam\u0131 boyunca kendi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na son derece ele\u015ftirel g\u00f6zle bakmaktan hi\u00e7bir zaman vazge\u00e7memi\u015f birinin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini, ister Brecht\u2019in ki\u015fili\u011fine ister temsil etti\u011fi d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne duyulan hayranl\u0131k nedeniyle olsun, \u00a0dogmala\u015ft\u0131rmak Brecht\u2019e ihanet etmekten ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir.
