Yirminci y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcr ikonas\u0131, kafas\u0131nda \u00e7i\u00e7ekleriyle, resime olan a\u015fk\u0131yla, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 onca ac\u0131ya ve \u00f6zleme inat dimdik ayakta durmay\u0131 ba\u015farm\u0131\u015f Meksikal\u0131 bir ressam; Frida&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Macar Yahudisi foto\u011fraf\u00e7\u0131 Wilhelm Kahlo ve K\u0131z\u0131lderili as\u0131ll\u0131 Matilde Calderon Gonzales\u2019in d\u00f6rt k\u0131z \u00e7ocu\u011fundan \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc olarak 1907 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fcnyaya gelmi\u015f olan Frida, sonras\u0131nda do\u011fum g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc Meksika devriminin tarihi olan 7 Temmuz 1910 olarak ilan edecekti. Devrimci karakteri ile b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmesinin bir g\u00f6stergesi olan bu karar\u0131 ile tabiri caizse devrimin Meksikas\u0131\u2019yla yeniden do\u011fmu\u015f olmay\u0131 istiyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Frida Kahlo\u2019nun ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131llar, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir \u00e7ok yerinde \u00e7alkant\u0131l\u0131 y\u0131llard\u0131. Bir yandan payla\u015f\u0131m sava\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131mlar, di\u011fer yandan da \u00f6zellikle 1917 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren ba\u015flayan protesto ve devrim dalgalar\u0131&#8230; Her ne kadar birinci payla\u015f\u0131m sava\u015f\u0131 1917 y\u0131l\u0131nda Rusya\u2019da, sonras\u0131nda ise 1918 y\u0131l\u0131nda Almanya\u2019da devrimle sonu\u00e7lanacak olsa da arka arkaya esen devrim r\u00fczgarlar\u0131 bir f\u0131rt\u0131naya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015femeden k\u0131sa zaman i\u00e7erisinde dinecektir. Nihayetinde Almanya\u2019daki devrimin yenilgiye u\u011framas\u0131 ve Stalin liderli\u011findeki Rusya\u2019da devrimin giderek yozla\u015fmas\u0131 ile i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 demokrasisi yok olurken, devrim r\u00fczgarlar\u0131n\u0131n yerini de fa\u015fizm alacakt\u0131r. Avrupa\u2019da bunlar ya\u015fan\u0131rken di\u011fer yandan Frida\u2019n\u0131n Meksikas\u0131\u2019nda ise 1910 Devrimi ve beraberinde ya\u015fanacak \u00e7ok say\u0131da ayaklanma ile iktidara kar\u015f\u0131 Zapata Hareketi ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f, 1929 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ulusal Devrimci Parti\u2019nin (PRI) iktidara gelmesiyle birlikte \u00fclkede tek partili d\u00f6nem hayat bulmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015fsa da uzun s\u00fcren kanl\u0131 sava\u015f\u0131n ve diplomatik krizlerin t\u00fcm \u015fiddeti ile devam etmesinden dolay\u0131 \u00fclke ekonomik olarak daha da fakirle\u015fmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkesinde ya\u015fanmaya devam eden s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lara ra\u011fmen di\u011fer yandan esmekte olan devrim r\u00fczgarlar\u0131 ile Modern Meksika\u2019n\u0131n do\u011fu\u015funa atfetti\u011fi ya\u015fam\u0131, Frida\u2019n\u0131n hen\u00fcz alt\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131ndayken ge\u00e7irece\u011fi \u00e7ocuk felci ile ilk ac\u0131y\u0131 tadacakt\u0131. Kendisine engelli baca\u011f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 \u201ctahta bacak\u201d denilmesine ald\u0131r\u0131\u015f etmeden engeli ile ba\u015f etmeyi ba\u015faracak olan Frida, 1925 y\u0131l\u0131nda okul otob\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn travmayla \u00e7arpm\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 sonucu ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi o felaket kazadan sonra doktorluk hayallerine ve ad\u0131mlar\u0131na veda edecekti. Ancak maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 engeli ile Frida, asla ve asla hayata elveda demeyecekti. Hayat\u0131na yatalak olarak devam edece\u011fi yata\u011f\u0131nda, ailesinin de te\u015fvi\u011fi ile resim \u00e7izmeye ba\u015flayacak olan Frida\u2019n\u0131n doktorluk hayallerinin yerini, kendisini yirminci y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n en \u00f6nemli ressamlar\u0131ndan biri yapacak olan resimleri alacakken, \u00e7izece\u011fi resimlerle bedenini saran t\u00fcm ac\u0131lar\u0131ndan ar\u0131n\u0131p kaybetti\u011fi ad\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n yerineyse her duyguda u\u00e7abilmeyi \u00f6\u011frenecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Yat\u0131l\u0131 tedavi g\u00f6r\u00fcrken yata\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerine takt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 aynadan dolay\u0131 \u00e7izdi\u011fi resimlerinin \u00e7o\u011fu otoportre \u015feklinde olan Frida, bir\u00e7ok sanat ele\u015ftirmeni taraf\u0131ndan s\u00fcrrealist bir ressam olarak tan\u0131mlansa da buna \u015fiddete kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karak hayallerini de\u011fil, kendi ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini \u00e7izdi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyecektir. D\u00f6nemin ressam kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n bu y\u00f6ndeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n sanat \u00e7evreleri taraf\u0131ndan kabul g\u00f6rmedi\u011fi, bu sanat\u0131n sadece erkeklere ait olarak kabul edildi\u011fi bir \u00e7a\u011fda portre \u00e7izimindeki m\u00fcthi\u015f ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 ise onun bu alanda ad\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131yla s\u00f6z edilecek olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. Frida kom\u00fcnist bir ressamd\u0131. S\u00fcrrealizmi burjuvazinin bir sanat ak\u0131m\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rmesi ve resimlerinde sosyalist ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i ak\u0131m\u0131 benimsemesi ku\u015fkusuz ki bundan kaynaklan\u0131yordu. Resimlerinin her biri ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 ve derinlemesine incelenmeye de\u011fer olan Frida\u2019n\u0131n kom\u00fcnist karakterini ortaya koyan en \u00f6nemli tablolar\u0131ndan biri ABD ve Meksika k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc aras\u0131ndaki fark\u0131 anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ABD\u2019nin a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 end\u00fcstrile\u015fmesini ve emperyalizmini resmederek ele\u015ftirdi\u011fi \u201cABD-Meksika S\u0131n\u0131r\u0131\u2019nda Otoportre\u201d isimli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Evet, Frida kom\u00fcnistti. \u201c<i>Ben, bir devrimin k\u0131z\u0131y\u0131m. Buna hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphe yok&#8230;<\/i>\u201d diyordu kendisi i\u00e7in. Devrim ve Marksizm, Frida\u2019n\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131nda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir yere sahipti. Bu siyasi karakteri onu Meksika Kom\u00fcnist Partisi\u2019yle de bulu\u015fturmu\u015ftu. Kendisi gibi \u00fcnl\u00fc ve dev boyutlu sol-siyasi i\u00e7erikli duvar resimleri ile d\u00fcnyaca tan\u0131nan bir ressam olan Diego Rivera ile evlenmelerinin ard\u0131ndan Kom\u00fcnist Parti ile ili\u015fkiye ge\u00e7mi\u015f; ancak sonradan Stalinist bir \u00e7izgiye yakla\u015fan partiden e\u015fi Rivera ile birlikte yollar\u0131n\u0131 ay\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Hayat\u0131n\u0131n son y\u0131llar\u0131nda ise tekrar partiye ba\u011fl\u0131 bir \u00fcye olacakt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ya\u015fam\u0131 onlarca ac\u0131 ve zorluklarla ge\u00e7mi\u015f, ancak t\u00fcm bunlara ra\u011fmen m\u00fccadeleci ruhundan bir an dahi vazge\u00e7meyen ikonik kad\u0131n Frida bug\u00fcn, \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden y\u0131llar sonra, ne yaz\u0131k ki kapitalizmin pop\u00fcler ve t\u00fcketim k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn de ikonu haline gelmi\u015ftir.
