Bu itaat anla\u015fmas\u0131na uymayan taraflar\u0131 ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 kanunlar olmasa da, y\u00f6neten y\u00f6netilenin \u00fczerinde yapt\u0131r\u0131m uygulayabilece\u011fi \u00f6n kabul\u00fc ile davran\u0131r. Birisine veya bir \u015feye itaat ediyorsan\u0131z onun tebaas\u0131 yani itaat edenleri aras\u0131na girersiniz.<\/p>\n<p>Erkek egemen toplumlarda biat etmesi beklenen g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fcz grup kad\u0131n olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden kad\u0131nlara g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fcz olduklar\u0131 ve emek yo\u011fun \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p karar mekanizmalar\u0131 gibi \u00f6nemli konularda hep geri planda kalmalar\u0131 \u00e7ocuk ya\u015flardan itibaren \u00f6\u011fretilmektedir. Toplumda erk sahibi olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclen erkek, kad\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fall\u0131\u011f\u0131nda biat etmesi gerekti\u011fini bildi\u011fini varsayar. Bu durum kad\u0131n\u0131n biat etmesini kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131rken erke\u011fin de kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde do\u011fal olarak otorite sahibi oldu\u011fu hissini yarat\u0131r. G\u00fcc\u00fcn kendisinde oldu\u011funu hisseden erkek, iktidar\u0131n\u0131 korumak ve resmile\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in bu tavr\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye devam eder. Orta\u00e7a\u011fdan beri insanlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcr birer birey olmaktan korktu\u011fu ve \u00f6zg\u00fcr olma durumu bir geli\u015fim olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen bundan uzak durdu\u011fu gibi, bug\u00fcn kad\u0131nlar da biattan kurtulmay\u0131 ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde korkutucu g\u00f6r\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Erich Fromm\u2019a g\u00f6re Orta\u00e7a\u011f toplumunu \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f toplumdan ay\u0131ran \u00f6zellik, orta\u00e7a\u011f toplumunda bireysel \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn bulunmay\u0131\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f toplumuna geldi\u011fimizde ise insanlar bir\u00e7ok alanda bireysel \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerini kazanm\u0131\u015fken, ataerkil toplumlarda kad\u0131n hala daha hak etti\u011fi \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015fmu\u015f de\u011fil. Ama bundan daha \u00f6nemlisi orta\u00e7a\u011f insan\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck korkusu gibi bug\u00fcn kad\u0131n\u0131n da biattan kurtulma korkusu kendine i\u00e7kin bir \u015fekilde var olmaya devam etmektedir. Bug\u00fcn fikirsel olarak biattan kurtulup \u00f6zg\u00fcr bir birey olmak, her kad\u0131n i\u00e7in teoride anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r ve kabul edilebilir bir \u015fey olsa bile, biat etmek zorunda b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131; sevgili, baba, karde\u015f gibi feodal ve zorlay\u0131c\u0131 ba\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu erkekler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda kendi \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcne ta\u015f\u0131-engeli kendisi mi koyuyor? Fikirsel anlamda \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckten ve biat etmemekten bahseden kad\u0131n bile, feodal ba\u011flar ve tarihsel ezilmi\u015fli\u011fin etkisi ve fikirsel \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn prati\u011fi ile neden \u00e7eli\u015fti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrken buluyor kendini. Yine Fromm\u2019un dedi\u011fi gibi \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k, dinsel gericilik, cinsiyet\u00e7ilik veya benzeri bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ne kadar sa\u00e7ma ve a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131 olursa olsun ki\u015finin yaln\u0131z kal\u0131p \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc se\u00e7mesinin zorlu\u011fundan kurtulmak i\u00e7in s\u0131\u011f\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 bir liman haline geldi\u011fini kabul etmeliyiz. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde kad\u0131n a\u015fa\u011f\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131, hor g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, itaat etmek zorunda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 hatta \u015fiddete maruz b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir durumda bile ger\u00e7ekten yerinin kocas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131, babas\u0131n\u0131n evi gibi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin do\u011fru oldu\u011funu savunabilir. Bunun nedeni \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckle gelen sorumluluk ve toplumsal bask\u0131 ile itilece\u011fi yaln\u0131zl\u0131k ve d\u0131\u015flanm\u0131\u015fl\u0131kt\u0131r. Burada yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyi ac\u0131mas\u0131zca yarg\u0131lamak yerine \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn getirece\u011fi g\u00fc\u00e7 ve g\u00fcvenin yaln\u0131zl\u0131k korkusunu ortadan kald\u0131raca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hissettirmektir. Ama yaln\u0131zca bunun da yeterli olmayaca\u011f\u0131 yads\u0131namaz bir ger\u00e7ektir. Sosyal devlet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturuldu\u011fu, \u015fiddet g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ba\u015fvurabilece\u011fi etkin ve ciddi koruyucu \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131, devlet taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131lan s\u0131\u011f\u0131nma evlerinin oldu\u011fu, taciz, cinsel sald\u0131r\u0131, tecav\u00fcz ve mobbing gibi durumlarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda korkmadan ba\u015fvurabilece\u011fi bir adalet sisteminin olu\u015fturuldu\u011fu durumda art\u0131k kad\u0131n i\u00e7in biat etmek tek se\u00e7enek olmayacakt\u0131r. \u00d6zg\u00fcrle\u015firken yaln\u0131z olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da hissedecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Bir kimseye veya bir otoriteye biat etmeyi al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k haline getirmi\u015f toplumlarda t\u00fcm bireyler itaat etmesi gerekti\u011fi, kendi ayaklar\u0131 \u00fczerinde duramayaca\u011f\u0131 alg\u0131s\u0131yla yeti\u015ftirilir. Bu tarz toplumlar hem ekonomik hem de k\u00fclt\u00fcrel olarak geri b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f maddi ve manevi anlamda ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 konumda ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcr. B\u00f6yle bir ortamda kad\u0131n, toplumun geriye kalan\u0131ndan \u00e7ok daha fazla ezilmektedir. Erke\u011fin ezdi\u011fi ve devlet\u00e7e korundu\u011fu bir ortamda, kad\u0131na bi\u00e7ilen roller gittik\u00e7e zorla\u015f\u0131p a\u011f\u0131rla\u015facakt\u0131r. Hal b\u00f6yle iken bizler i\u00e7in kurtulu\u015f, ilk \u00f6nce biat etmeyen, kendi ayaklar\u0131 \u00fczerinde durabilen, sorgulayan bir toplum olmak i\u00e7in \u00e7abalamakt\u0131r.
