Art\u0131k geriye bak\u0131p ne kadar yol ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, yolda nerelerde ve nas\u0131l t\u00f6kezledi\u011fimizi, nerede h\u0131zlan\u0131p nerede yava\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6rebilecek ve bu yolda bizimle beraber olan dostlar\u0131m\u0131z ve halk\u0131m\u0131zla bunlar\u0131 payla\u015fabilecek noktaya geldik.<\/p>\n<p>14 A\u011fustos 2012 tarihinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z K\u0131br\u0131s eylemi Baraka i\u00e7in ilkleri bar\u0131nd\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6ncelikle, Baraka ilk kez, bu boyutta ve kapsamda bir etkinli\u011fi s\u00fcr\u00fcklemi\u015f oldu. Halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ilerici sanat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den de de\u011ferli sanat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 etkinli\u011fin \u00f6nemini daha da artt\u0131rd\u0131. 14 A\u011fustos\u2019ta, yani adam\u0131zda i\u015fgalin sembolle\u015fti\u011fi bir g\u00fcnde, i\u015fgale kar\u015f\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k gibi salt politik bir mesaj\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmi\u015f olmas\u0131 ise eyleme ayr\u0131 bir \u00f6nem ve zorluk katm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcrecin \u015f\u00fcphesiz ki en olumlu sonucu b\u00f6ylesine politik bir eylemin, bizlerin dahi beklemedi\u011fi, y\u00fczlerce ki\u015finin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilmesi ve kitlenin hi\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015fmeyen bir co\u015fku i\u00e7erisinde ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k ve halklar\u0131n karde\u015fli\u011fi \u015fiar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fckseltmesidir. Bu durum halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k fikrini sahiplenmekte oldu\u011funu bizlere g\u00f6stermektedir. Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k fikrini ta\u015f\u0131yan bu eylemin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, bizlere art\u0131k daha \u00f6zverili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z sorumlulu\u011funu y\u00fckledi\u011finin bilincindeyiz.<\/p>\n<p>Eylemin olumlu sonu\u00e7lanmas\u0131 Baraka aktivistlerinin de yo\u011fun eme\u011finin bir \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. B\u00f6ylesi zorlu bir s\u00fcrecin organizasyonu, kolektif bir ruh i\u00e7erisinde ba\u015far\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. B\u00f6ylece, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7aptaki bir politik eylemselli\u011fin, illa ki hiyerar\u015fik \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile de\u011fil, kolektif bir bi\u00e7imde de ortaya konabilece\u011fi g\u00f6sterilmi\u015f, hatta sahip oldu\u011fumuz k\u0131sa zamanda, emir-komuta y\u00f6nteminin ba\u015farabilece\u011finden \u00e7ok daha iyisi ba\u015far\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Eylemin t\u00fcm olumluluklar\u0131 yan\u0131nda eylem esnas\u0131nda baz\u0131 sorunlar da olumsuzluk olarak \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcze \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sahne almalarla ilgili ya\u015fanan sorunlar spontane de\u011fi\u015fiklikler yap\u0131lmas\u0131na sebep olmu\u015f, neyse ki kat\u0131lan sanat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n anlay\u0131\u015fl\u0131 tavr\u0131 bu sorunun b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini engellemi\u015ftir. Fakat bu \u00fczerinde durulmas\u0131 gereken bir sorundur. Daha iyi bir programlama ile bu sorunun bir daha ya\u015fanmamas\u0131 sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r. \u00c7a\u011flayan Park\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ayd\u0131nlatma sisteminin sorunlu olmas\u0131 eylem an\u0131nda problem olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu konuda eylemden \u00f6nce \u00f6nlem al\u0131nmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lsa da al\u0131nan \u00f6nlemlerin yetersizli\u011fi alanda ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca eylem alan\u0131 olarak se\u00e7ilen \u00c7a\u011flayan Park\u0131\u2019nda banklar\u0131n ve \u00e7evre d\u00fczenlemesinde kullan\u0131lan e\u015fyalar\u0131n kitlenin b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc engelledi\u011fi de g\u00f6zlemlenmi\u015ftir. Ya\u015fan\u0131lan baz\u0131 lojistik eksiklikler, uzun s\u00fcren etkinlik esnas\u0131nda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in alandan uzakla\u015fmalara sebep olmu\u015ftur. Bu sorunlar topland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda alandaki b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck ve co\u015fkunun eksilmesi ve g\u00fcvenlik zafiyeti olu\u015fmas\u0131 gibi durumlar ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcm bunlar de\u011ferlendirilmekte ve bu konuda \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z K\u0131br\u0131s eylem s\u00fcreci ayn\u0131 zamanda bir eylemin ticari ili\u015fki temel al\u0131nmadan da yap\u0131labilece\u011fini kan\u0131tlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Eylemin fikrini destekleyerek eylemde sahne alan hi\u00e7bir m\u00fczik grubu ve sanat\u00e7\u0131 eyleme kat\u0131lmak i\u00e7in para almam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Eylem alan\u0131nda bulunan \u0131\u015f\u0131k\u00e7\u0131dan, sahne kuran ki\u015filere kadar alanda bulunan herkes eylem i\u00e7in ek \u00e7aba sarf etmi\u015ftir. Bu durum etkinli\u011fe konserden \u00f6te bir eylem niteli\u011fi kat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve alandaki herkesin fikri sahiplenerek orada oldu\u011funun netli\u011fini sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Eylemde sahnede olan ve sahnede olmayan kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n aras\u0131nda herhangi bir ayr\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fanmamas\u0131 ve ortak ruhun payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 bu durumun do\u011frulu\u011funu kan\u0131tlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z K\u0131br\u0131s \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 sahiplenen, y\u00fckselten ve ta\u015f\u0131yan adam\u0131z\u0131n kuzeyinden, g\u00fcneyinden ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den sanat\u00e7\u0131lara, dostlar\u0131m\u0131za ve halk\u0131m\u0131za te\u015fekk\u00fcr ederiz. B\u00f6ylesi anlaml\u0131 bir \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131, b\u00f6ylesi g\u00fczel insanlarla birlikte y\u00fckseltmek bizim i\u00e7in gurur verici olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.baraka.cc\/images\/stories\/bagimsizkibris_malirapor.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\" \" src=\"https:\/\/www.baraka.cc\/images\/stories\/bagimsizkibris_malirapor.jpg\" width=\"200\" align=\"left\" border=\"2\" \/><\/a> <span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: Verdana;\">Eylem, mali olarak da herhangi bir ek kayna\u011fa ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmaks\u0131z\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 katk\u0131larla kendini var edebilmi\u015ftir. Eylemin b\u00fct\u00e7esi yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm harcamalar\u0131 ve elde edilen t\u00fcm dayan\u0131\u015fma katk\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren tablosu ile ekte g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Rahat\u00e7a fark edilece\u011fi gibi, eyleme yap\u0131lan dayan\u0131\u015fma katk\u0131lar\u0131, eylemin giderlerinin \u00e7ok \u00fcst\u00fcndedir. Kalan miktar Baraka K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi taraf\u0131ndan eylemin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak kurgulanmaktad\u0131r. Bu sebeple bu paran\u0131n, herhangi bir ki\u015finin veya Baraka\u2019n\u0131n cebine girmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Baraka olarak, bu paran\u0131n eylemin devam\u0131 niteli\u011finde olabilecek en uygun yere ba\u011f\u0131\u015flanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcndeyiz. Kendi b\u00fcnyemizde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z tart\u0131\u015fmada bu ba\u011f\u0131\u015f i\u00e7in; S\u00fcnni \u0130slam dayatmalar\u0131n\u0131n, k\u00fclliyeler, zorunlu din dersleri, Kur\u2019an kurslar\u0131 ve cami in\u015faatlar\u0131 ile doruk noktas\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6yle bir s\u00fcre\u00e7te, her zaman halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak hareket eden, ilerici emek \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinin yan\u0131nda olmay\u0131 bir g\u00f6rev bilen ve t\u00fcm maddi imkans\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131na, bir dernek binas\u0131 olmamas\u0131na, egemenler taraf\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 bask\u0131 ve sindirme politikalar\u0131na onurla direnen Pir Sultan Abdal K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi\u2019nin en uygun yap\u0131 oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi a\u011f\u0131r bast\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca, Pir Sultan Abdal K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi\u2019nin bir g\u00f6\u00e7men derne\u011fi olmas\u0131 da ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k konusundaki alg\u0131n\u0131n halklar\u0131n karde\u015fli\u011fi ile i\u00e7 i\u00e7e oldu\u011fu mesaj\u0131n\u0131 peki\u015ftirecektir. Ba\u011f\u0131\u015f konusu ile ilgili gerekli ayarlamalar en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede yap\u0131l\u0131p, s\u00fcre\u00e7 halk\u0131m\u0131zla payla\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z K\u0131br\u0131s eylem s\u00fcrecinin geli\u015fti\u011fi ortam\u0131n da ayr\u0131ca de\u011ferlendirilmesi gerekmektedir. Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z K\u0131br\u0131s eyleminin yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n duyuruldu\u011fu g\u00fcnden bu yana yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z etkinli\u011fin, kitleyi b\u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz ve ayn\u0131 ama\u00e7la iki ayr\u0131 etkinlik yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n yanl\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu ele\u015ftirileri Baraka K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi\u2019ne y\u00f6neltilmi\u015ftir. Baraka K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi olarak 14A\u011fustos\u2019ta sol \u00f6rg\u00fctlerin organize etti\u011fi iki ayr\u0131 etkinlik yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n belli kesimleri nazar\u0131nda bir olumsuzluk olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve moral bozuklu\u011fu yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anl\u0131yoruz. Bu moral bozuklu\u011funun bir sorun oldu\u011funu kabul ediyoruz. Bu sebeple de ilerleyen y\u0131llarda bu t\u00fcr sorunlar\u0131n tekrar etmemesi i\u00e7in \u00fczerimize d\u00fc\u015feni yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n taahh\u00fcd\u00fcn\u00fc veriyoruz. Fakat, fikir ayr\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6rt\u00fclmesinin de solda uzun vadede daha b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunlara sebep olaca\u011f\u0131 fikrindeyiz. Birlik, birle\u015fme iyi bir \u015feydir, b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye f\u0131rsat sunar. Ancak unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r ki; birlik, ortak do\u011frular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fctmeye hizmet etmelidir. Ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n yanl\u0131\u015f\u0131na ortak olarak birlik yaratmak m\u00fccadeleye fayda de\u011fil zarar getirecek, do\u011frular\u0131 de\u011fil yanl\u0131\u015flar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fctecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca s\u00fcrecin kilitlendi\u011fi noktada ayr\u0131labilmek iki etkinli\u011fin de kendisini daha iyi ilerletebilmesini ve \u015fekillendirebilmesini sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. M\u00fczmin bir tart\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 devam ettirmek, sonu\u00e7ta her iki etkinli\u011fin de yap\u0131labilmesini riske atabilirdi. Baraka K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi olarak gelebilecek \u201ceylemi b\u00f6ld\u00fcn\u00fcz\u201d tarz\u0131 ele\u015ftirileri de g\u00f6ze alarak bu s\u00fcrece ad\u0131m att\u0131k. Nitekim bug\u00fcn gelinen noktada g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz ki iki etkinlik art\u0131k ayn\u0131 fikirleri ta\u015f\u0131mamaktad\u0131r. Anti-Militarist Bar\u0131\u015f Harekat\u0131 konserini d\u00fczenleyen \u00f6rg\u00fctler ayr\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcrecinin ard\u0131ndan kendilerine ana fikir ekseni olarak anti-militarizmi almaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Ge\u00e7mi\u015f iki senede s\u00fcre gelen organizasyonda anti-militarizm \u015fiar\u0131 sadece g\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6nemiyle orant\u0131l\u0131 olarak adaya ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen askeri bar\u0131\u015f harekat\u0131 ile dalga ge\u00e7me unsuru olarak kullan\u0131lmakta ve i\u015fgal kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve i\u015fgal ordular\u0131ndan ar\u0131nma ana eksen olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmaktayd\u0131. Bu y\u0131l ise anti-militarizm ideolojik bir temel mesaj olarak g\u00fcndeme getirildi\u011fini g\u00f6rd\u00fck. Anti-militarizm fikrini bir ideoloji mertebesinde tan\u0131mlamak bizce kabul edilebilir de\u011fildir. \u0130ki farkl\u0131 etkinli\u011fin ortaya konulmas\u0131 ile post-modernist, e\u011flence k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ana eksen kabul eden, feodal ili\u015fkilerle \u015fekillenen bir vicdan rahatlamas\u0131n\u0131 hedefleyen, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck ad\u0131na dizginsizlik ve sol liberallik tonlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fckselten bir pratik \u00e7izginin daha da netle\u015fmesi sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. B\u00f6ylece, Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z K\u0131br\u0131s Eylemi ve Anti-militarist Bar\u0131\u015f Harekat\u0131 konseri gelinen noktada ayn\u0131 amac\u0131 savunan iki ayr\u0131 etkinlik olmaktan \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f, ayr\u0131 ama\u00e7lar ta\u015f\u0131yan iki ayr\u0131 etkinli\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Fakat yine de bu durum pratikte ortakla\u015f\u0131lan noktalarda birlikte eylemler yap\u0131lmas\u0131na ve dayan\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131na engel te\u015fkil etmez. Teorik farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 prati\u011fin \u00f6n\u00fcne koyan sadece ve sadece sekterlerdir. Bug\u00fcn sol liberal, post-modern fikri hegemonyan\u0131n etkisi alt\u0131ndaki ki\u015fi ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlerin bir de\u011fi\u015fim \u015fans\u0131 varsa o da ancak ve ancak pratik \u00fczerinden olabilir.
