Karn\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 doyurmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ktan sonra karn\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 doyurman\u0131n keyfini ya\u015fayabilmeli, g\u00fcn\u00fcn yorgunlu\u011funu bir arkada\u015f sohbetiyle ya da bir kitab\u0131n sayfalar\u0131nda atabilmeliyiz. Yani tembellik edemedi\u011fimiz bir d\u00fcnyada, iliklerimize kadar s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak g\u00fcn\u00fcn sonunda kendimize \u201ceksik bir \u015fey mi var hayat\u0131mda?\u201d dedirtir.<\/p>\n<p><b>Tembellik hakk\u0131m\u0131z, s\u00f6ke s\u00f6ke al\u0131r\u0131z<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Zaman\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funun toplumsal faydadan uzak ve ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n ceplerini doldurmak u\u011fruna ge\u00e7iyor olmas\u0131 ne kadar k\u00f6t\u00fcyse, dinlenme ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmadan arta kalan bo\u015f zaman\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n aylakl\u0131kla ge\u00e7iyor olmas\u0131 da o kadar k\u00f6t\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bug\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n insanlar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131ndan uzakla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bununla birlikte bo\u015f zamanlar\u0131n\u0131n da de\u011fersizle\u015fti\u011fi g\u00f6zlemlenmektedir. \u0130nsana yara\u015f\u0131r bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131na sahip birey bo\u015f zaman\u0131n\u0131 daha verimli ge\u00e7irmektedir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 ve tembelli\u011fi biri varken di\u011feri olmaz \u015feklinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmemeli aksine birbirini var eden iki unsur oldu\u011funu bilmeliyiz. Burada kastedilen tembellik, bo\u015f zaman\u0131n aylakl\u0131kla ge\u00e7irilmesi de\u011fil nitelikli bir \u015fekilde ge\u00e7irilmesidir. Paul Lafaurge 1800\u2019l\u00fc y\u0131llarda tembellik hakk\u0131ndan bahsederken o d\u00f6nemin 10 saat ve \u00fczerindeki end\u00fcstriyel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131n\u0131n insanlar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel ve fiziksel olarak nas\u0131l y\u0131pratt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zlemlemi\u015f ve bu a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda tembellik hakk\u0131n\u0131 yani bo\u015f zaman hakk\u0131n\u0131 savunmu\u015ftur. Bo\u015f zaman sadece bireyin kendi geli\u015fimi i\u00e7in de\u011fil toplumun ilerlemesi i\u00e7in de gereklidir. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n bo\u015f zamana sahip olmad\u0131klar\u0131, sadece k\u00e2r u\u011fruna \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 bir hayatta \u015fark\u0131lar, resimler, kitaplar, bilimsel ve teknolojik yenilikler topluma de\u011fil piyasaya hizmet edecektir.<\/p>\n<p><b>Kimine bo\u015f zaman kimine durmaks\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsanlar\u0131n beslenme, bar\u0131nma gibi temel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak amac\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131, istedikleri zaman dinlendikleri, uyuduklar\u0131 ya da e\u011flence ve oyun gibi faaliyetlerde bulunduklar\u0131 ilkel kom\u00fcnal topluluklarda bo\u015f zaman ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ayr\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bo\u015f zaman ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n birbirinden ayr\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, toplum i\u00e7inde temel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacak \u00fcretken faaliyetlerde bulunmadan ya\u015fayabilecek bir grup insan\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131 idame ettirebilece\u011fi \u00fcr\u00fcn fazlas\u0131n\u0131n elde edilmesiyle ba\u015flar. Antik Yunan\u2019dan \u00f6rnek verirsek; k\u00f6lelerin zorunlu eylemi say\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n insan\u0131 yozla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcrken k\u00f6le ve m\u00fclk sahiplerinin sahip olduklar\u0131 bo\u015f zaman ise insan\u0131n kendini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilece\u011fi s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z bir zaman ayr\u0131cal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Bu d\u00f6nemde yap\u0131lan k\u00fclt\u00fcr-sanat ve spor faaliyetleri,\u00a0 politik tart\u0131\u015fmalar, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel geli\u015fimler, k\u00f6leler sayesinde, kendilerini ge\u00e7indirmek i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak zorunda olmayan bo\u015f zaman sahipleri taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Orta\u00e7a\u011f\u2019da ise daha \u00e7ok soylular\u0131n sahip oldu\u011fu bo\u015f zaman, kilisenin de etkisiyle Antik Yunan\u2019dan farkl\u0131 olarak dini g\u00f6revlerin yerine getirilece\u011fi, kutsal bilgiye eri\u015filebilecek bir alan olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmekteydi.<\/p>\n<p><b>Kapitalizm \u201cbo\u015f zaman\u201d sat\u0131yor<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyay\u0131 k\u0131skaca alan kapitalizm kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda bir yandan toplumsal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm m\u00fccadeleleri verilirken bir yandan da mevcut d\u00fczen i\u00e7erisinde her insan\u0131n asgari \u015fekilde ge\u00e7imini sa\u011flayabilece\u011fi bir i\u015fe sahip olmas\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131n\u0131n insana yara\u015f\u0131r hale gelmesi talebi de y\u00fckseltilmektedir. End\u00fcstriyel ya\u015famla birlikte ba\u015flayan mesaiye dayal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda, 10 saat ve \u00fczeri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcreleri, uzun y\u0131llar s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen m\u00fccadelerle birlikte 8\u2019e indirgenmi\u015f ve 8 saat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, 8 saat dinlenme ve 8 saat bo\u015f zaman hakk\u0131 kazan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde teknolojinin ilerlemesiyle \u00fcretimin h\u0131z\u0131 ve verimi y\u00fckselmi\u015f, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in mesai saatinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve bo\u015f zaman\u0131n artmas\u0131 se\u00e7ene\u011fi yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Lakin bu yarat\u0131lan bo\u015f zaman kapitalistler taraf\u0131ndan yeni bir piyasa olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. \u00dccretli sinemalar ve tiyatro oyunlar\u0131, b\u00fcy\u00fck paralar\u0131n d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc spor m\u00fcsabakalar\u0131, piyasala\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f m\u00fczik sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, tatil k\u00f6yleri, kumarhaneler, e\u011flence merkezleri hem insanlar\u0131n sistem kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 nitelikli bo\u015f zamana sahip olamayacaklar\u0131 \u015fekilde organize edilmi\u015f hem de kapitalistlerin ceplerini dolduracaklar\u0131 yeni f\u0131rsatlar yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kapitalizm k\u00e2r u\u011fruna bizi \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131rken, bo\u015f zaman\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da i\u015fgal etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ba\u015fka bir bo\u015f zaman (tembellik) m\u00fcmk\u00fcn<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7mi\u015fe ve bug\u00fcne bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz ki bo\u015f zaman, kimi zaman \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 olarak y\u00fcceltilmi\u015f kimi zaman da k\u00e2r u\u011fruna piyasan\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline getirilip de\u011fersizle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Ama tarihte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n da tembelli\u011fin de yani insan eme\u011finin ve zaman\u0131n\u0131n ayn\u0131 anda de\u011ferli k\u0131l\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemler de olmu\u015ftur. Sovyet Rusya\u2019s\u0131nda i\u015f\u00e7ilerin i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131ktan sonra gittikleri i\u015f\u00e7i kul\u00fcpleri bo\u015f zaman\u0131n nas\u0131l nitelikli de\u011ferlendirilebilece\u011fine bir \u00f6rnektir; \u201cSovyetler&#8217;de \u00fclke genelinde pek \u00e7ok \u0130\u015f\u00e7i Kul\u00fcb\u00fc in\u015fa edilmi\u015fti. Bu yap\u0131lar\u0131n mimarisindeki yenilik\u00e7ilik bir tarafa i\u015f\u00e7ilere sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 imk\u00e2nlar olduk\u00e7a dikkat \u00e7ekici. Sinema, kul\u00fcplerdeki en pop\u00fcler faaliyetlerdendi. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra spor salonlar\u0131, k\u00fct\u00fcphaneler, sanat kurslar\u0131&#8230; Hepsi i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kan i\u015f\u00e7ilerin bo\u015f zamanlar\u0131n\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00fcretimle de\u011ferlendirmesini ve bunu topluca yapmas\u0131n\u0131 olanakl\u0131 k\u0131l\u0131yordu.\u201d (1) Bunun yan\u0131nda \u201cKom\u00fcnist Cumartesiler\u201d ise bo\u015f zaman\u0131n sadece bireyin faydas\u0131na de\u011fil toplumun faydas\u0131na da oldu\u011funun kan\u0131t\u0131d\u0131r; \u201cGeneral, y\u00fcksek sovyet yetkilisi ile su tesisat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6rne\u011fin tahrip olmu\u015f demiryollar\u0131n\u0131 tamir i\u00e7in g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc olarak yan yana getiren, gelmek istemeyenin de gelmedi\u011fi, hi\u00e7bir maddi \u00e7\u0131kar ya da zorlamaya dayanmayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, kom\u00fcnizmin iktisad\u0131na da moral de\u011ferlerine de en uygun olan\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d (2)<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn bu sisteme kar\u015f\u0131 verdi\u011fimiz anti-kapitalist, sosyalist m\u00fccadelemiz sadece eme\u011fimizi \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirmek u\u011fruna de\u011fildir.
