M\u00fccadelenin s\u00fcreklili\u011fi, ge\u00e7mi\u015fle bug\u00fcn\u00fc birbirine ba\u011flayabilen bir haf\u0131za ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Bug\u00fcn sol i\u00e7inde ge\u00e7mi\u015fle g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz m\u00fccadelesi \u00fczerinden ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan gerilimler, m\u00fccadelenin asl\u0131nda d\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131n bug\u00fcne uygun bir bi\u00e7imde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ferek \u015fekillenmesiyle de\u011fil, d\u00fcnden kopukmu\u015f\u00e7as\u0131na verilmesi sonucu ya\u015fan\u0131yor: Yeniler eskiyi bilmiyor, eskiler yeniye ula\u015fam\u0131yor. Bu durumun tabii ki \u00e7e\u015fitli sebepleri vard\u0131r. Yar\u0131m as\u0131rl\u0131k partiler bile kendi tarihleri i\u00e7in k\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131p\u0131rdatm\u0131yorsa, bahse konu hareketsizlik sadece tembellikle izah edilemez. Bu yaz\u0131n\u0131n konusu solun genelinin \u201ctarihsizle\u015fmesi\u201d olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in ayr\u0131nt\u0131ya girmiyoruz. Fakat \u015furas\u0131 kesindir ki, her \u015fey gibi bug\u00fcn\u00fcn sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n da bir tarihi vard\u0131r ve o tarihi bilmeden sorunlara \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler bulunamaz. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fi \u00f6rten tabakay\u0131 de\u015fmeden de o tarih \u00f6\u011frenilemez.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Halk-Der gelene\u011fi\u00a0<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk solu i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir siyasal \u00e7izgiyi temsil etmesine ra\u011fmen ortaya koydu\u011fu teorik ve pratik birikimi bug\u00fcne s\u00fcreklilik i\u00e7inde ta\u015f\u0131yamam\u0131\u015f olan bir gelenek; Halkla Dayan\u0131\u015fma ve K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi (Halk-Der)&#8230; Bu durum, bu \u00e7izgiyi sahiplenen \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerin uzunca bir s\u00fcre Halk-Der gibi dernek veya dergi \u00e7evresi \u015feklindeki \u00e7abalar\u0131n \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7ememesiyle ilgilidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc devrimci m\u00fccadelenin y\u00fckselmesi sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan yeni g\u00f6revler, ancak bu yeni duruma uygun siyasal ara\u00e7lar yarat\u0131labildi\u011fi oranda, yani devrimci bir parti ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamakla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir. Halk-Der gelene\u011fi bu anlamda hep zafiyet ta\u015f\u0131yan bir \u00e7izgiye sahip oldu veya ba\u015fka partilerin \u00e7evresinde bir hizip olarak s\u00f6n\u00fcmlendi ya da fikriyat\u0131n\u0131 yitirerek \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc karakterini kaybetti. H\u00e2l b\u00f6yle olunca\u00a0Halk-Der, g\u00fcndelik m\u00fccadelede v\u00fccut bulan siyasal fikirlerden \u00e7ok ki\u015filerin an\u0131lar\u0131nda ya\u015fayan bir mite d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Halk-Der gelene\u011finin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak, o gelenek i\u00e7erisinde olu\u015fan neredeyse her \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmenin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadere mahk\u00fbm olmu\u015f bir dergi olan \u201c\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u201d, K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk solunun \u00f6zg\u00fcn \u00e7aba ve \u00fcretimleri aras\u0131nda bilinmesi gereken en de\u011ferlilerden biridir.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk solunun ikinci ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 diyebilece\u011fimiz d\u00f6nem, \u00f6zellikle politik ve fiili \u015fartlar\u0131n sonucu olarak T\u00fcrkiye devrimci hareketi ile dirsek temas\u0131 halinde olu\u015ftu. K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk ayd\u0131nlar\u0131 ve gen\u00e7leri 1968\u2019den 1980\u2019e\u00a0\u00a0kadar hem fiilen hem de fikren T\u00fcrkiye solu ile yo\u011fun bir etkile\u015fim i\u00e7ine girdiler. Adan\u0131n kuzeyinin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kontrol\u00fc alt\u0131nda olmas\u0131, orada ya\u015fanan geli\u015fmelerin \u00fclkemizi de etkilemesine sebep oldu ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ya\u015fanan 12 Eyl\u00fcl darbesi ile K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk solu da \u00f6nemli bir yara ald\u0131. 1976-81 aras\u0131 d\u00f6nemde olu\u015fan Halk-Der de bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 neticesinde \u00e7e\u015fitli tart\u0131\u015fmalar sonucu s\u00f6n\u00fcmlendi.\u00a0\u00a0\u0130\u015fte \u201c\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u201d dergisi bu s\u00f6n\u00fcmlenme ve da\u011f\u0131lma s\u00fcreci sonras\u0131 yeni bir \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme yaratma iddias\u0131 ile Eyl\u00fcl 1985\u2019te yay\u0131n hayat\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131. Ocak 1990\u2019a kadar 36 say\u0131 yay\u0131mlanan \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, her ne kadar ilk ba\u015flarda solun t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn kendini ifade etti\u011fi bir platform \u015feklinde olsa da k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra kendi \u00e7izgisini netle\u015ftiren ve ilk say\u0131da vurgulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme \u00e7abas\u0131yla tutarl\u0131 bir \u015fekle b\u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fc. Asl\u0131nda \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, Halk-Der gelene\u011fini sahiplenen kesimlerin 1981 sonras\u0131ndaki ilk \u00e7abas\u0131 de\u011fildi. Halk-Der\u2019in s\u00f6n\u00fcmlenmesinden sonra k\u00fclt\u00fcr-sanat alan\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli dernekler \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmi\u015f ve halk i\u00e7inde \u00f6nemli bir ili\u015fki a\u011f\u0131na sahip olmu\u015ftu. Ancak \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ile birlikte bu \u00e7abalar hem yo\u011funla\u015fm\u0131\u015f hem de merkezile\u015fmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck dergisi, hem Halk-Der gelene\u011finin 1981\u2019e kadar olan ya\u015fam\u0131nda da\u011f\u0131n\u0131k ve eksikliklerle y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yay\u0131n bo\u015flu\u011funu gidermeye y\u00f6nelik g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u00e7aba olmu\u015f hem de solun geneline ili\u015fkin \u00f6nemli tart\u0131\u015fmalar ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar y\u00fcr\u00fctm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bu tart\u0131\u015fmalar hem K\u0131br\u0131s hem de d\u00fcnyaya ili\u015fkindir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130ki halk tespiti ve bar\u0131\u015f m\u00fccadelesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dergi,\u00a0Halk-Der\u2019in devrimci hareket i\u00e7erisinde en \u00f6nemli ay\u0131rt edici yan\u0131 olan iki halk tespitini, yani K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitli ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarla kaleme alm\u0131\u015f ve ge\u00e7mi\u015fte yap\u0131lan do\u011fru bir tespiti berrakla\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Eyl\u00fcl 1987 say\u0131s\u0131nda ifade edilen \u015fekliyle;\u00a0<i>\u201cBir kara kader olarak y\u00fczy\u0131llar\u0131n i\u00e7inden s\u00fcz\u00fclerek \u015fekillenen K\u0131br\u0131s T\u00fcrk halk\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fine sar\u0131lmak, bu karakteri savunmak ivedi g\u00f6revdir.\u201d<\/i>\u00a0\u00a0c\u00fcmlesi, K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk halk\u0131na ili\u015fkin yap\u0131lan en k\u0131sa ve a\u00e7\u0131klay\u0131c\u0131 tespitlerden biridir. Berrakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk halk\u0131 tespiti ile \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, d\u00f6nemin solu i\u00e7inde bile yay\u0131lan ayr\u0131l\u0131k\u00e7\u0131 r\u00fczg\u00e2rlardan etkilenmez ve her \u015fartta K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 Elen sosyalistlerle ili\u015fki kurarak bar\u0131\u015f m\u00fccadelesini b\u00fcy\u00fctmek i\u00e7in var g\u00fcc\u00fcyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019\u0131n g\u00fcneyinde yay\u0131mlanan \u201cDuvarlar\u0131n \u0130\u00e7inden\u201d dergisiyle kurulan ili\u015fkiler, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 r\u00f6portajlarla fikirsel tart\u0131\u015fmalara zemin sunar. \u0130ki dergi \u00e7evresinin kurdu\u011fu ili\u015fki, Lefko\u015fa\u2019n\u0131n g\u00fcneyinde ve kuzeyinde ortak afi\u015fleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla artt\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. \u00d6te yandan K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019\u0131n sosyo-ekonomik geli\u015fimi ve yap\u0131s\u0131 derginin \u00e7e\u015fitli say\u0131lar\u0131nda\u00a0\u00a0ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve K\u0131br\u0131s sorununun tarihi, olu\u015fan egemen blok ve emperyalizmin ada \u00fcst\u00fcndeki tahakk\u00fcm bi\u00e7imi tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yap\u0131lan tespitler, K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019\u0131n birle\u015ftirmesi m\u00fccadelesinin emek\u00e7ilerin m\u00fccadelesinden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemeyece\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izer. K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019a dair konular\u0131n yan\u0131nda hem d\u00fcnya sosyalist hareketinin ge\u00e7mi\u015f ve g\u00fcncel m\u00fccadeleleri hem reel sosyalist deneyimlerin kazan\u0131mlar\u0131 ve sorunlar\u0131 \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck sayfalar\u0131nda defalarca yer bulmu\u015ftur. \u00d6zellikle sosyalist \u00fclkelerde ya\u015fanan geriye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7leri \u00e7ok do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde analiz edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131-T\u00fcrkiyeli \u00e7eli\u015fkisi yoktur, ezen-ezilen \u00e7eli\u015fkisi vard\u0131r<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnya ile ili\u015fkisi \u00e7ok s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcc\u00fck bir ada yar\u0131s\u0131nda sosyalist m\u00fccadeleyi do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde ele almak d\u00f6nemin \u015fartlar\u0131nda hafife al\u0131nmayacak bir i\u015ftir. \u00d6te yandan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde halen s\u00fcren bir tart\u0131\u015fma olan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den adan\u0131n kuzeyine gelen n\u00fcfusla ilgili tart\u0131\u015fmalar, devrimci bir perspektifle \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7evresince yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve bu kesimler i\u00e7erisindeki emek\u00e7ilerle birlikte \u00f6nemli m\u00fccadele \u00f6rnekleri yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu \u00f6rneklerin en \u00f6nemlilerinden biri, a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kla Karpaz k\u00f6ylerinden olan T\u00fcrkiye k\u00f6kenli K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrklerin \u00f6rg\u00fctlendi\u011fi Narenciye Kesim Ekipleri Birli\u011fi\u2019dir. Bu birlik, narenciye \u00fcretim ve kesiminin o d\u00f6nemki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131nda kaplad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yer \u00fczerinden o denli b\u00fcy\u00fcm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr ki\u00a015 Kas\u0131m 1986\u2019da Lefko\u015fa\u2019da bir miting bile d\u00fczenler*. Bu \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme, \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck taraf\u0131ndan savunulan \u201cK\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131-T\u00fcrkiyeli \u00e7eli\u015fkisi yoktur, ezen-ezilen ili\u015fkisi vard\u0131r\u201d mant\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sonucu m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilmi\u015ftir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin adan\u0131n kuzeyini i\u015fgal etmesi ve adaya kendi ama\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda n\u00fcfus ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131 ile gelen bu kesim i\u00e7inde \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu olu\u015fturan yoksullar\u0131 ve emek\u00e7ileri ay\u0131rt edebilmesi, \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7evresinin \u00f6nemli ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131ndand\u0131r. Dergide yer alan yaz\u0131lar\u0131n yan\u0131nda d\u00f6nem d\u00f6nem \u00e7e\u015fitli bro\u015f\u00fcr, bildirge ve kitap\u00e7\u0131klar da yay\u0131mlayan \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7evresi, devrimcilerin ideolojik m\u00fccadelesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131nda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir g\u00f6revi yerine getirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gen\u00e7lik, k\u00fclt\u00fcr, kitap\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ile ba\u015flayan s\u00fcre\u00e7 hem var olan alan \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerinin b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi ve yenilerinin olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 beraberinde getirmi\u015f hem de \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7evresinin yine bir dernek \u00fcst\u00fcnden olsa da \u00f6rg\u00fctlemesini sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00fclt\u00fcr-sanat alan\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fcyen hareket bir taraftan da \u00fcniversite gen\u00e7li\u011fi i\u00e7erisinde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmi\u015f ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de okuyan K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenciler, K\u0131br\u0131s Devrimci Y\u00fcksek \u00d6\u011frenim Gen\u00e7li\u011fi (KDY\u00d6G) isimli \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc kurmu\u015ftur. KDY\u00d6G o d\u00f6nem yeni kurulan DA\u00dc\u2019de de ili\u015fkiler geli\u015ftirerek DA\u00dc \u00d6\u011frenci Birli\u011fi\u2019nde kayda de\u011fer bir g\u00fc\u00e7 sahibi olmu\u015ftur. Bug\u00fcn bamba\u015fka bir noktaya gelmi\u015f olsa da I\u015f\u0131k Kitabevi de \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7evresinin \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak kurulmu\u015ftur. T\u00fcm bu geni\u015f \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde merkezi bir siyasi i\u015flevi kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in 1988 y\u0131l\u0131nda K\u0131br\u0131s Halkla Dayan\u0131\u015fma Derne\u011fi (K\u0131br\u0131s Halk-Der) kurulmu\u015f fakat ge\u00e7mi\u015f Halk-Der\u2019e k\u0131yasla \u00e7ok s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bir etkiye sahip olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Geri \u00e7ekilmenin r\u00fczg\u00e2r\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sosyalist m\u00fccadelenin d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda geriledi\u011fi bir d\u00f6nemde \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck dergisi ve ili\u015fki a\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerinden olu\u015fan \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler de geri \u00e7ekilmenin r\u00fczg\u00e2r\u0131ndan pay\u0131na d\u00fc\u015feni al\u0131r ve t\u00fcrl\u00fc bask\u0131lara, yarg\u0131lamalara ra\u011fmen s\u00fcren \u00e7aba, Ocak 1990\u2019da son bulur. Fikirsel bir gelenek \u00fczerinden yeni bir \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme yaratma amac\u0131 yeniden sekteye u\u011fram\u0131\u015f ve Halk-Der gelene\u011finin \u00f6nemli isimleri zaman i\u00e7erisinde fikirsel olarak farkl\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
