Bu milliyet\u00e7ilik adan\u0131n kuzeyinde kendine has bir bi\u00e7im alsa da adan\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fcne dair politik bir \u00f6nerme yap\u0131yor ve K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019\u0131n tek halk\u0131 olarak var oldu\u011funu iddia etti\u011fi K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, g\u00fcndelik sohbetlerde ve tart\u0131\u015fmalarda K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 Elenlerin ve K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrklerin \u201cgenetik birli\u011fi\u201d \u00fcst\u00fcnden \u015fekillendirmeye kadar vard\u0131rabiliyor. Bu anlay\u0131\u015f, adan\u0131n birle\u015ftirilmesini savundu\u011fu i\u00e7in bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 savunan kimi kesimlere \u201c\u015firin\u201d g\u00f6z\u00fckse de K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk ve K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 Elenlerin genetik a\u00e7\u0131dan ayn\u0131 k\u00f6keni payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve tarihsel olarak da ayn\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinin yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortadad\u0131r. Y\u00fczy\u0131llarca beraber ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7inde k\u00fclt\u00fcrel benzerlikleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ve zamanla ortakla\u015fan de\u011ferlere sahip olsalar da bug\u00fcn\u00fcn K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 Elenlerini olu\u015fturan Ortodoks cemaatin K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrklere k\u0131yasla K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019taki ge\u00e7mi\u015flerinin \u00e7ok daha eski oldu\u011fu malumdur. \u0130lerleyen y\u00fczy\u0131llarda K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrkleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131karacak s\u00fcre\u00e7 ise 1570\u2019te ba\u015flayan ve 1571\u2019de biten adan\u0131n Osmanl\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan fethi ile ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Adaya Anadolu\u2019nun \u00e7e\u015fitli yerlerinden yerle\u015ftirilen kesim a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kla T\u00fcrkmen Alevilerdir. Bu yerle\u015ftirme s\u00fcreci \u00e7o\u011funlukla zorla olmu\u015f Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu ile s\u00fcrekli bir gerilim halinde olan T\u00fcrkmen Alevileri te\u015fvik ve s\u00fcrg\u00fcnlerle adaya ta\u015f\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrklerin ve K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 Elenlerin olumlu ve olumsuz ili\u015fkileri bar\u0131nd\u0131ran ortak ser\u00fcveni net bir \u015fekilde 1571\u2019den sonra ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Halk olarak etnik k\u00f6kenlerimiz b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda bu T\u00fcrkmen Alevilerinden gelmektedir. (1)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6te yandan, her ne kadar milliyet\u00e7i okumalar halklar\u0131 ve uluslar\u0131 salt etnisite \u00fczerinden ili\u015fkilendirip bug\u00fcne ula\u015fan varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7mi\u015ften de\u011fi\u015fmeden gelen bir insan grubu olarak tan\u0131mlasa da ulus ve uluslar\u0131 yaratan halklar, kapitalist ili\u015fkilerle ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kapitalizmin geli\u015fmesiyle birlikte 19. y\u00fczy\u0131ldan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar farkl\u0131 etnik gruplar\u0131n var etti\u011fi ve zaman i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7e\u015fitli politik ortakla\u015fmalar ve gerilimlerle yeniden ve yeniden \u015fekillenerek olu\u015fan uluslar bunun bariz bir \u00f6rne\u011fidir. \u00dclkemiz K\u0131br\u0131s da kapitalizmin geli\u015fmesiyle birlikte benzer bir s\u00fcreci ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f fakat gelece\u011fe ili\u015fkin politika \u00fcreten kesimlerin ulusla\u015fma s\u00fcrecini milliyet\u00e7ilikler \u00fczerinden kurmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 adan\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclememi\u015f bir ulusal sorunla 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 tamamlayarak bug\u00fcne gelmesine sebep olmu\u015ftur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n k\u00f6kenlerini ararken bak\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken yer sadece adaya gelen ilk ku\u015faklar\u0131n K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 Elenlerden farkl\u0131 olarak nereden ve ne zaman adaya geldikleri de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda bug\u00fcn\u00fcn K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrklerini yaratan s\u00fcre\u00e7lerdir de. Bu soruyu cevaplamadan ne bug\u00fcn\u00fc anlamak ne de yar\u0131na ili\u015fkin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir tahlil yapmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u0131br\u0131s, 1878\u2019de Sultan Abd\u00fclhamid taraf\u0131ndan \u0130stanbul Antla\u015fmas\u0131 ile Birle\u015fik Krall\u0131\u011fa kiralanana kadar Rum Ortodokslarla M\u00fcsl\u00fcman tebaalar\u0131n beraber ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu topraklar\u0131ndan biriydi ve ada el de\u011fi\u015ftirince iki cemaat i\u00e7in de farkl\u0131 sosyo-ekonomik ve politik s\u00fcre\u00e7ler olu\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. 1. Payla\u015f\u0131m sava\u015f\u0131 ve Anadolu\u2019da ya\u015fanan milli m\u00fccadelenin ard\u0131ndan iki cemaat m\u00fcbadele sonucu yer de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015f ve Ortodokslar Yunanistan\u2019a, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar ise T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye g\u00f6\u00e7 etmek zorunda kalm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. \u0130ki cemaatten de s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 say\u0131da n\u00fcfus yeni \u015fekillenen T\u00fcrkiye ve Yunanistan topraklar\u0131nda az\u0131nl\u0131k olarak kalmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu geli\u015fmeler ya\u015fan\u0131rken K\u0131br\u0131s ise hem Yunanistan\u2019dan hem de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den farkl\u0131 bir s\u00fcreci ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f ve bir ilhak karar\u0131 ile resmen bir \u0130ngiliz kolonisi haline gelmi\u015ftir. Bu kolonile\u015fmenin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeni ko\u015fullar Ortodokslar i\u00e7inde Elen ulusuyla birle\u015fmeyi savunan farkl\u0131 ekonomik s\u0131n\u0131f katmanlar\u0131 yaratm\u0131\u015f ve K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019\u0131n Yunanistan ile birle\u015fmesi gibi bir politik iddian\u0131n Ortodokslar\u0131 g\u00fcnden g\u00fcne Elenle\u015ftirdi\u011fi bir s\u00fcreci beraberinde getirmi\u015ftir. K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 Elen halk\u0131n\u0131n ilk n\u00fcveleri b\u00f6ylece ortaya \u00e7\u0131karken bu s\u00fcrece tepkisel olarak y\u00fckselen bir ba\u015fka siyaset de M\u00fcsl\u00fcman cemaati T\u00fcrkl\u00fck \u00e7izgisine ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015f ve iki farkl\u0131 politik \u00f6zlemi ve amac\u0131 olan kesim yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n siyasal k\u00f6kenleri kabaca \u0130ngiliz egemenli\u011finde Ortodokslar aras\u0131nda y\u00fckselen Enosis kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda olu\u015ftu. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 elbette ki b\u00f6yle tek y\u00f6nl\u00fc ve mutlak bir \u015fekilde ilerlemedi. Kapitalist ili\u015fkilerin K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019ta yeni geli\u015fmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 ulusunu var edebilecek \u00f6nemli imkanlar\u0131n bulundu\u011fu bir d\u00f6nemde K\u0131br\u0131s Kom\u00fcnist Partisi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131l\u0131k gibi bir politik iddia sahibinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kamamas\u0131 ve bu partinin de \u00e7e\u015fitli sebeplerle iki cemaati birle\u015ftirecek bir g\u00fcce eri\u015fememesi (hatta KKP\u2019nin devam\u0131 olan AKEL\u2019in dahi Enosis\u2019i benimsemesi) s\u00fcrecin Elen ve T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ilikleri \u00fcst\u00fcnde \u015fekillenmesine sebep oldu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siyasal k\u00f6ken vurgusu burada bilin\u00e7li olarak kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bir toplulu\u011fun politik bir talepte bulunabilecek bir halk oldu\u011fu iddias\u0131 nihayetinde siyasal olarak onu ifade edebilecek bir politik \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ile somutla\u015fabilir. Yoksa bir halk\u0131n hangi kriterlere g\u00f6re var olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorusu s\u00fcre\u00e7lerden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ve her halk i\u00e7in e\u015fit bir \u015fekilde kar\u015f\u0131lanamaz kriterlere indirgenirdi. Bir \u00fclkede etnik ya da inan\u00e7 y\u00f6n\u00fcnden farkl\u0131l\u0131k arz eden bir kesimin kendi kaderini tayin hakk\u0131 isteyen bir halk olabilmesi ne kadar nuf\u00fcsa sahip oldu\u011fu ya da b\u00fct\u00fcn i\u00e7inde ne oranda ekonomik faaliyet y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile belirlenemez. B\u00f6yle bir anlay\u0131\u015fla ulusal sorunlar\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 co\u011frafyalara dair sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 cevaplar bulmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Tart\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 berrakla\u015ft\u0131ran nokta ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan politik bir iddian\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bu iddian\u0131n arkas\u0131ndan giden y\u0131\u011f\u0131nlar\u0131n olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Zaten sosyolojik, ekonomik ve politik \u015fartlar\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir iddian\u0131n arkas\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcyecek bir kitle bulmas\u0131 pek de m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de onlarca farkl\u0131 etnik ve inan\u00e7 grubu oldu\u011fu halde politik anlamda sadece K\u00fcrt sorununun g\u00fcndeme gelmesi bahsetti\u011fimiz noktaya dair bir \u00f6rnektir. Ayn\u0131 durum K\u0131br\u0131s i\u00e7inde de Maronitler ve Ermeniler i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erlidir. Bu kesimler de as\u0131rlard\u0131r K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019ta ya\u015famalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen K\u0131br\u0131s sorunu politik olarak sadece K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 Elenler ve K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrkler \u00fczerinden \u015fekillenmi\u015ftir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrkleri olu\u015fturan s\u00fcrece geri d\u00f6nersek 1974\u2019e kadar co\u011frafik olarak s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bir ayr\u0131l\u0131k ya\u015fasalar da sosyolojik, ekonomik ve&nbsp;politik olarak farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcnden g\u00fcne artt\u0131rarak \u201cT\u00fcrkler\u201d ve \u201cElenler\u201d \u015feklinde bir b\u00f6l\u00fcnmeyle birbirlerinden, \u201canavatanlar\u0131yla\u201d ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 gerilimlerle de Yunan ve T\u00fcrk halklar\u0131ndan farkl\u0131 politik \u00e7\u0131karlara ve y\u00f6nelimlere sahip oldular. K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk halk\u0131 ile T\u00fcrkiye egemenleri aras\u0131ndaki gerilimler 50\u2019li y\u0131llardan itibaren ba\u015flam\u0131\u015fsa da bilhassa 1974 sonras\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr olmu\u015f ve K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk halk\u0131 olarak ayr\u0131 politik iddias\u0131 berrakla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne, iradesine ve ekonomisine yap\u0131lan Ankara m\u00fcdahaleleri bu berrakla\u015fma s\u00fcrecini h\u0131zland\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6te yandan halk statik bir olgu de\u011fildir. Gerilimlerle de olsa yap\u0131s\u0131 s\u00fcrekli bir devinim ve de\u011fi\u015fkenlik i\u00e7erisindedir. Bu de\u011fi\u015fkenli\u011fin seyrini her halk\u0131n kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc s\u00fcre\u00e7leri belirler. 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ortalar\u0131ndan itibaren siyasal ifadesini bulan ve k\u00f6kleri yava\u015f yava\u015f derinle\u015fen K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk halk\u0131, 1974 sonras\u0131 geldi\u011fi durumu ile de sabit kalmam\u0131\u015f, bilhassa 1975\u2019ten sonra adaya T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00e7e\u015fitli yerlerinden ta\u015f\u0131nan n\u00fcfus ile bir ba\u015fka ili\u015fki i\u00e7erisine girmi\u015f ve kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 ama ayn\u0131 zamanda sanc\u0131l\u0131 bir etkile\u015fimin sonucu olarak bug\u00fcnlere ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u0131sacas\u0131 as\u0131rlar \u00f6ncesine dayanan k\u00f6kenleriyle birlikte bug\u00fcn\u00fcn K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131 yaratan esas s\u00fcre\u00e7 Elen milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi ve T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fine direnerek olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. \u00d6zellikle T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015fen bahse konu direni\u015f, b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda par\u00e7al\u0131 ve politik olarak da\u011f\u0131n\u0131k bir bi\u00e7imde olu\u015fsa da bug\u00fcn halen s\u00fcrmektedir. Bu direni\u015fi b\u00fcy\u00fctecek olan ise K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk halk\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fini inkar etmeden K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 Elenlerle karde\u015flik temelinde kurulacak bir federasyon m\u00fccadelesini b\u00fcy\u00fctmekten ge\u00e7iyor. (2) Bu y\u00fczden y\u0131llar \u00f6nce \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck dergisi sayfalar\u0131nda yap\u0131lan tespitin halen ge\u00e7erli oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyerek son noktay\u0131 koymal\u0131y\u0131z: <em>\u201cdevletin s\u00f6zc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fcstlendiklerine ku\u015fku duyulmayan b\u00fcrokrat s\u00f6zc\u00fcler, K\u0131br\u0131s T\u00fck halk\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fini reddetmekte, K\u0131br\u0131s T\u00fcrk\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn Anadolu\u2019nun bir uzant\u0131s\u0131 oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ilan etmektedir. Diyorlar ki, 1571\u2019den bu yana K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019a Anadolu\u2019dan n\u00fcfus ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 hep s\u00fcregelmi\u015ftir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bundan sonra da Anadolu\u2019dan kuzeye n\u00fcfus ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n devam etmesinin do\u011fall\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortadad\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 kafa Rum halk\u0131 i\u00e7in de benzer \u00e7arp\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6stermekte ve K\u0131br\u0131s Rumlar\u0131n\u0131n Yunanistan\u2019dan geldi\u011fi, Rumlar\u0131n sadece Yunanistan\u2019\u0131n uzant\u0131s\u0131 oldu\u011fu ifade edilmektedir\u2026 Bu konuyla ilgili tart\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmenin asl\u0131nda yarar\u0131 yoktur. K\u0131br\u0131s T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n yutulmak istendi\u011fi ger\u00e7e\u011fi apa\u00e7\u0131k ortadad\u0131r. Egemenlik hakk\u0131n\u0131 bir nebze olsun kullanamayan, g\u00f6rece ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan dahi s\u00f6z edilemeyen, do\u011frudan bir ba\u015fka \u00fclkenin n\u00fcfuzu alt\u0131ndaki bir halk\u0131n \u2018ak\u0131beti\u2019 elbette ki kendi iradesi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ya\u015fanacakt\u0131. B\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f ada ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131, K\u0131br\u0131s T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretimden kopar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131n\u0131, asalakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131, n\u00fcfusunun azl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131; de\u011fil K\u0131br\u0131s T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131, herhangi bir halk\u0131 da yok edecek yeterlilikte nedenler olarak g\u00f6rmek gerekir.
